It is hereby agreed that Guest shall rent on a short-term basis from the Owner the property known as Hatillo Beach House, located at Mar Azul, Hatillo, PR 00659. Property Type: Detached home, Bedrooms: 2, Bathrooms: 1, Parking: 2
The number of people occupying Hatillo Beach House shall be no more than six (6).

Check-in time is 4:00PM on the day of your arrival. Check-out is 11:00AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is allowed for a fee of $0 and it is allowed only when the property is vacant the night prior to arrival or the night after departure.
HOUSEKEEPING (Upon Check-out/Departure):
Rates quoted for each rental property do include linens (bed, bath, and kitchen) and cleaning service prior to and after your stay. Upon Check-out/Departure TRAVELERs are required to wash the dishes, dispose of trash, remove all linens from beds and remove all personal / food items from refrigerator / cupboards prior to departure. The home should be left in the same clean state in which it was found. If additional extensive cleaning is required, the TRAVELER is responsible for additional fees at the rate of $25 per hour.
Owner shall provide all utilities, furnishings, bed linens and bath towels, and limited amount of cleaning supplies. We provide only a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and other dispensable items for the start of the stay. Any items required in excess of what is supplied will need to be obtained by the Guest. Owner will also provide at no extra cost, once weekly fresh linen. In addition, the Owner or property manager will be available during your stay to respond to any guest inquiries.
We do not allow fraternities, sororities, school groups, or any group with the intent of having a party. Our home is intended for family vacations. The number of Guests shall not exceed the number of Guests on this rental agreement. If more people are found to occupy the premises than is permitted, Guest agrees to either 1) pay for the additional people at a rate of $100 (or higher depending on length of stay) per person or 2) vacate the premises and forfeit of the rental fee and security deposit shall occur.
OWNER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF TENANT'S PERSONAL PROPERTY. Owner assumes no liability for accidents or injury on the premises. Guest is solely responsible for personal property and for his/her/their guests during occupancy of Hatillo Beach House.
ZERO TOLERANCE: Guest and the members of his party shall not use or permit to be brought into the property any illegal controlled substances, firearms, or items hazardous to persons or property. In addition, smoking on premises is not allowed.
USE OF THE PREMISES: The property is located in a residential neighborhood. Guest shall respect this and peacefully enjoy the premises so as not disturb other residents.
OWNER assumes no liability due to inclement weather or other natural disasters. In the event that the Marseilles Apartment is unsuitable for occupancy due to the effects of a natural disaster (e.g. power or water outages), the TRAVELER agrees to evacuate the premises and the OWNER shall provide a partial refund for the unused portion of his/her/their stay.

Guest and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following:
1.Smoking on premises.
2.Using the premises for any illegal activity including, but not limited to, the possession any illegal controlled substances or firearms.
3.Causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties.
4.Any other acts which interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their property.
