Fully furnished two story, two bedroom condo with full kitchen located in the quiet Hamlet of Harvie Heights, across TransCanada Highway 1 from Canmore. The east Banff Park Gate is two minutes away. Sleeps maximum of 6. One time cleaning fee.
Minimum 2 night stay required (cannot leave a single night vacant between bookings).
This is a privately owned condo that you are renting from the owner as a vacation rental. This is not a hotel, hence there is no representation on site.
There is a full flight of outdoor stairs to the entrance of the condo. The living area and kitchen, with a half bathroom, are on the first floor of the condo. The two bedrooms and the full bathroom are on the second floor.
WI-FI – Access to the internet is provided on an “as is" basis with all risk inherent in such access. No refunds, discounts or any compensation will be provided should you not be able to connect to the internet or if the connection is lost or interrupted.
Telephone – All local calls are free. Dial 9 to reach an outside line followed by the number. You may not charge long distance charges to the room.
Television – Refer to the channel guide on the TV stand
Kitchen – The kitchen is well stocked for a vacation condo. An inventory of items in the kitchen is done before and after your stay. We appreciate your help leaving the kitchen clean. Please be sure that all dishes are washed and put away before leaving. The previous guest may have run dishes through the dishwasher upon departure, so you may find clean dishes in there. Detergent and dish soap are found under the sink. A charge will be levied if any items are missing or broken.
Vacuum and broom – These are kept in the entrance closet. We do not expect you to do a thorough cleaning, but these are here for incidental cleaning – thanks! Our policy is to give you as much privacy as possible during your stay and therefore we do not provide daily cleaning service.
Garbage and Recycling – You are responsible for removing garbage during your stay. Wildlife proof garbage bins are at the west end of the parking lot. Please dispose of garbage safely. The recycling bin is located on the east side of the central building.
Plumbing, Water, and Heat – The low flow toilets cannot handle excess paper.
Water from the tap is safe to drink.
The in-floor heating system will take time to fully heat from a cold state. Please do not push the thermostat past 24°C. The system will shut down.
Hot Tub – The hot tub is accessed through the central building. No glass containers, alcoholic beverages, or unsupervised children under 16 years are allowed in the hot tub. You need to bring your own towels. The present Hot Tub hours are 9:00 AM – 9:45 pm, but are subject to change. Please respect the hours that the hot tub is open.
Barbecue Area – You are welcome to use the barbecues located at the north side of the property. Please leave the barbecue area clean for other guests. All garbage must be disposed of properly either in the suite or in the wildlife proof garbage bins.

Equipment - We ask that no ski, snowboard, or other sports equipment be brought into the condo in order to safeguard walls and furniture.
Noise – The Condo Association and Hamlet of Harvie Heights has a “No Noise" Bylaw after 10:00 PM. Please respect this enforced bylaw.
Smoking – Smoking is NOT permitted in the suite. Please ensure all guests respect this rule.
Pets – Pets are NOT permitted in the suite.
