She manages her cleaners as well & she gave me permission to post it. My deep apology if the Unit Manager & cleaner-Ivy didn't meet your expectation. That's why I sent Lynn to do the housekeeping again. Even if Lynn wanted to clean right away but you were the one who didn't allow so. After cleaning, I checked the condo unit via remote viewing & made sure that the place was sparkling clean. You had expressed your desire to extend your stay at Rawai 515 for another day but it was booked by another guest already. You didn't mention how Lynn cleaned the place well. To further clarify, I'm here in Texas but my own condo units are very clean because the assigned cleaners are responsible. That situation will not happen again. My deep regret and apology for the shortcomings of the people on the ground.

My apology Mr. Miguel. The range hood was replaced already & the igniter was fixed. Before your arrival, I created a group chat with the property manager & staff. I read the conversation & many times I replied. Although you didn't mention any issue & concerns. If you had, we could have done the necessary remedy & provided prompt solution to the problem. I have 12 units of 2BR listings & the regular maintenance is very important aside from untimely mechanical flaw & defect. Rest assured to strive to serve the guests better.
