Large, bright and sunny bedroom with queen bed and adjacent bathroom in 3 bedroom condo. Condo is over 2 levels on the 2nd and 3rd story. The room and bathroom are located on the 3rd floor to the back of unit and is very private from the rest of the apartment.
Private bedroom, adjacent modern bathroom, adjacent lounge (with TV to use with DVDs or computer, no direct TV signal). Secure bike storage room, public hot tub, secure underground parking space.
The bathroom has been recently renovated with underfloor heating, rain shower and floor to ceiling wall tile. A cosy lounge is across the hall which is suitable for quiet reading, watching videos, meditating, etc. The balcony is available for relaxing in the fresh air or for our smoking guests to use.
Please note: no guest access to kitchen facilities - please don't bring food which you plan to cook in our kitchen. Guests can leave a small amount of food items in the fridge but if you want to cook meals, please book somewhere with a kitchen or kitchenette.

I am a village host and work during the winters with mountain safety. I am very familiar with the mountain and the village so can offer advice on local activities, hiking, biking, skiing, restaurants, etc.
Breakfast is not included in the listing as there are lots of restaurants close by that provide breakfast/brunch. There is a list and recommendations in the guest information book in your room.
Generally we keep to ourselves and let our guests decide how much interaction they would like. We can be very social if that's what you are looking for but if you want your privacy we respect that.

**The 5 building complex is undergoing roof replacement over the summer. It is estimated our building will have its roof replaced from June 5 to July 2, 2017. The work is limited to be between 8 am and 6 pm and disruption should be minimal, if at all.**
We have a medium sized non-shedding, hypoallergenic dog (Tibetan Terrier and Miniature Schnauzer cross). Your small to medium sized, obedient and hypoallergenic dog is also welcome*.
Entry is by code, parkade** entry by key.
*we have a family member who has a dog allergy so only certain breeds are able to stay here - sorry to all you other lovely furbabies!
**parkade clearance is 6'6" so if you have a tall vehicle or top carrier, you can park for free in lots 4 or 5 which are only a 5 minute walk away.
During the ski season (end of Nov - mid April), guests must book a min of 2* nights.
* (preferably 3+ days. We spend most of our time out on the slopes so don't have as much time to do changeovers. Besides, one day just isn't enough to see Whistler).
Quiet times from 10 pm to 7 am. Non-smoking throughout the home but smoking is permitted on balcony adjacent to room.
