Ideal location in the heart of Eastport, walking distance to everything Annapolis has to offer. Only 3 blocks to the Spa Creek Bridge and downtown. Only two blocks to Davis' Pub. Wonderful views of the bay from upstairs decks! Off street parking which is great for big event weekends.
The house was completely gutted and rebuilt in 2008 and exists on a double lot. It is one of the few homes with such a large lot which allowed for an expanded wing to be added delivering a new, large living space downstairs and an extra large master bedroom suite and bath upstairs. Even the guest rooms are huge and augmented by 2 large second story decks. If it's space you want, this house delivers.

Minimal. I want you to have your privacy but will make myself available for any problems or questions.
Please keep noise levels reasonable and inside reasonable hours for the sake of our neighbors. Therefore, no gatherings outside past 11pm.
Please do not consume food and drinks in the upstairs bedrooms and baths (water is okay). Food and beverages outside on the upstairs decks are fine.
I grew up sailing in Florida thanks to a mother who insisted on teaching us. We started out on Sunfish moving quickly to Hobie Cats and moved on to racing J/30s out of Mears Marina in Eastport after moving to DC in the 90s. I've always loved the water and sailing, fell in love with Eastport, and vowed at age 21 to some day own a house on 6th Street. In 2013, on a beautiful fall weekend, I found the perfect house. The one you are about to stay in. I'm a Boston University undergrad, recent Villanova Business School Masters grad and a career IT professional. I love to decorate, cook and entertain thanks to a Palm Beach upbringing, and love to host people. AirBnB is a nice way to share my home with Naval Academy families, sailors and other visitors who want to experience our wonderful community.
