Our Colfax 1600' sq. cabin is a slice of heaven on 3.8 acres. Watch turkeys and deer meander by from our brand new huge deck!

We only accept 100% nicotine free guests: NO SMOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS! Save time: state you are nicotine free in your introduction.

We can sleep 4 easily, and up to 7 if we must! We can't do more than 7 ever. We don't do groups with 5+ females because we are on septic. We have recently upgraded the FLOORS!

During HWY 80 road closures WE are always accessible!

The cabin is exactly how the listing describes it. Jamie and Jerry were very welcoming making sure we had everything we needed. They were very responsive and helpful before, during and after our stay.

Very accurate listing. Jamie and Jerry were very helpful over the phone and made us feel very welcome. It's a very neat and private location and it was easy to get up to the snow and back to the Bay Area. Would definitely stay there again.

This house was exactly as it said it was. A lovely place in a rural area. My boyfriend and I felt very comfortable renting the house, because the host would answer our questions so promptly if we had them. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Great cabin! It was clean and comfortable. The location was quiet and an easy drive to skiing every day for us. We really enjoyed the wood fire!

Jamie volunteered to take us in with only three hours notice after another rental fell through. She was conscientious and worked hard to coordinate with us before our arrival. What a wonderful last minute save! The home is located in a lovely wooded forest, and is very quiet.
