On entering the property you are greeted by the hallway, to your left is the kitchen, fully equipped for even the most talented of chefs. Why not create a dish from something you've picked up in Portobello Road Market? Passing the kitchen you enter the open plan living area, with counter top access to the kitchen. This space offers not only lounging opportunities in the form of a sumptuous L-Shaped sofa but also a dining table which, when extended, seats 6 to 8 people. Whether it be chatting about that morning's sight seeing or planning tomorrow's shopping trip this room which also features a satellite flat screen TV and built in DVD player, is the heart of the property.
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a bath (with shower extension overhead). The second bedroom has a double bed and desk. Both rooms are tastefully decorated in calming tones and are the perfect place to unwind after a busy day.
To the rear of the property, and accessed via the sitting room, is the garden. The garden is a collaboration of mature foliage such as the climbers up the garden wall and splashes of colour from the annuals. There is a table and chairs and also a sun lounger, this area will come into its own on a warm sunny day.

This home is near a railway line but it is not easily heard from inside. Further, the master bedroom and living room are at the back of the house. There is a parking bay at the front of the house and a visitors permit can be arranged on request. There is also a communal garden at the back of the property, please note dogs are not allowed on this area.

Normal check in time is between 3 pm and 9 pm. All other times may incur an additional fee.
