I love to meet my guest upon arrival so that I can go through the house and provide them with information about the house and answer any other questions they have about Malacca.
When I am not able to greet my guests the key will be left in a secure place for the guest to access the property. I am always available via phone, email, Airbnb message or text message.

Pls note that AirBnB website booking allows up to 16 pax maximum. However if you booked for 16 pax it is considered as booking for 18 pax and the entire rooms in the Villa will be made available.
Check-in time is 3 PM.
Check-out time is 12 NOON.
CHECK IN PROCEDURE
You are required to have your Personal ID (Identification Card or Passport) and credit card available upon check in. Failure to present proper identification to us may result in cancellation of your booking. You may be required to sign a damage liability form upon check in.
Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
NON SMOKING PROPERTY
Guests are not permitted to smoke anywhere on the property (indoor and outdoor).
We carefully clean and prepare the home before you arrive and after you depart, and we'll clean once a week during your stay. More frequent cleaning services can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Pets are not allowed at the Property.
Do not under any circumstances put the indoor furniture outside.
KITCHEN AND APPLIANCES
Information Sheet will be provided.
GARBAGE AND BINS
If the bins are full please empty them by using the green garbage bin located outside the house. It is advisable to empty daily. On Check out you are required to dispose all the garbage from all the bins in the rooms upstairs and the kitchen.
LINEN, TOWELS AND TOILET AMENITIES
We supply clean linen, pillows, blankets and towels which must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bath room on departure.
Shampoo, Conditioner and Soap will be provided upon your arrival. You can use them but please do not remove or take them home.
PARTIES & FUNCTIONS
The property is in a quiet residential area and please respect the neighbors.
No Party policy – Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra charges for security, cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.
YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Only the guests nominated and agreed in the Booking may stay in the Property overnight. If any other guests stay extra charges may apply or the agreement may be terminated without refund.
You must follow the “Tidy up" Guide provided on check in. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the same position. All kitchen items need to be returned to their appropriate place.
KEYS AND SECURITY FOB
You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys if lost.
If you lose a key, for security purposes we will have to get all of our keys recut and the barrel replaced on the front door. You will be charged RM500 for the cost of a locksmith service and replacement of all our keys.
If you lose the Security FOB, you will be charged RM300 for replacement.
PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform us at the earliest opportunity so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours.
Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to us prior to departure from the Property. Failure to follow this procedure this may hinder the ability for us to rectify the problem or complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim you may have.
