Об этом жилье
Guests enjoy the privacy of the entire upstair's living space - 2 bedrooms (if needed), large TV room, a kitchenette, and private bathroom. A perfect rest stop for travels to historic gold rush towns, wineries, golf courses, lakes and rivers, and winter sports of Tuolumne & Calaveras Counties. A great destination in any season! The granite grandeur & waterfalls of Yosemite National Park are just a 2-hour drive away.
The private, upstair accommodations are NOT shared with others unless guests are traveling together. The 1200 sq. ft. living space includes: two bedrooms; a bathroom with clawfoot tub and shower; a large family room with Xfinity TV, DVD/video player, movies, and games; an extra-long, single bed for 5th guest in TV room; a kitchenette with table/chairs, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster, snacks and drinks. For safety reasons, there are no cooking facilities.
Guests have their own set of keys for bedrooms and front door. They may come and go as they please. Besides the upstairs accommodations, guests may also enjoy the large, covered, wrap around porch for a cup of coffee or evening refreshments.

Our family moved into our historic 1898 Queen Anne Victorian home in 1998. Since then we have been busy restoring and updating its charm inside and out. We recently retired and are looking forward to sharing the upstairs rooms with aribnb travelers. We enjoy traveling and stay in airbnb homes when available because we prefer a homey atmosphere to a hotel room. We love anywhere in the great outdoors- especially near the ocean or in the mountains because they always provide a place of refuge, inspiration, and rejuvenation. We enjoy hiking, bike riding, winter sports, gardening, writing and reading.
A life long motto would be to grow in our love for God and people.
