Beautiful three bedroom Scandinavian log home located in Lac-Superieur which is located on the North side of Mont-Tremblant at only only 5 km (3 miles) from the chairlifts.
This nicely decorated mountain chalet is loaded with antique furniture on all three levels.
Facing South, it offers spectacular views of the valley and Mont-Tremblant…and magnificent sunset.
INSIDE THE CHALET:
On the main floor, the chalet is fully equipped with a modern kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and plenty of kitchen accessories that will satisfy any gourmet chefs and their guests! You can seat eight in the dining room.
In the living room, have a seat on the leather couch and sofa while a beautiful stone fireplace provides warmth as well as cozy atmosphere. You will also find plenty of well stacked firewood right beside the main entrance.
The chalet offers 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. You will find two bedrooms on the upper level, one with a king size bed and the other one with a queen.
There is a fully finished basement, with windows on three sides and a direct walkout to the garden.
In the basement, you’ll find a bedroom with a queen size bed, a washroom with shower, and a large family/living room with a queen size sofa bed, Satellite television and DVD players.
Unlimited high speed Wi-Fi internet is also provided.
You’ll also find a washer-dryer. All linens and towels provided.
From the living room, open the patio door and relish the vast 24 x 16 feet terrace! Stainless steel BBQ (with two propane tanks) and a six chair patio set is inviting to a contemplative experience.
Guests have access to private land and a shared access for the pool, tennis court and beach area.

1.Smoking is NOT allowed .
2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3.All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

6.PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed.
PARKING – Parking is limited to 3 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
8.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
9.Fireplace: The fireplace is a WOOD fireplace. Please do not throw any or other combustible materials in the fireplace.
10.Water and Septic: The property is on a well and septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to 500$
No refunds will be given for storms.
12. The deposit is for security and shall be refunded within 7 days of the Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to:
i.damage to the property or furnishings;
ii.dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or
iii.any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
•All pets must be leashed at all times.
•Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse.
•Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.
•All pets are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets.
•Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage may be deducted from security deposit.
•Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
•Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out. Pet will not be left unattended on balcony, patio, or porch.
•Homeowner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises.
