This a bright, airy and cosy 2-floor detached house with 4 rooms, 2 complete bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room, the terrace, the laundry room and 2 garages. Made with quality materials and style. It counts with a "secret space" in the ground floor and a gas heating system with a 2000 litre deposit. There is also a fire place an air conditioning system and it's sold fully furnished and equipped. Ideal for families or to offer as holiday rental. With all amenities to move in immediately.
In the immense garden we find hammocks for sunbathing, a fireplace for barbecues, a shed for wood and toys, a toolroom and a 50m2 wooden cabana which could serve as additional space for guests, playroom, office, or simply another little home within. There is space for a swimming pool and other great ideas. It counts with an automatic sprinkling system, programmed lighting and a variety of vegetation, like an olive tree or roses. The neighbourhood is quiet and the atmosphere is relaxing. The people are gentle and friendly. The village of Les Avellanes is quiet and comfortable. With a couple of nice restaurants, supermarkets and shops and at 15 minutes drive from Balaguer, the capital of province. There is bus station.
15 minutes north we find Àger, with his magnificent Mont-Rebei Gorge. There one can enjoy the best skies with its dedicated astronomical observatory and one of the bests rock climbing and paragliding spots in the world! Also, in Àger there is a lake where one can practice water sports or simply enjoy a walk or a swim. Additionally, rock climbers and geologists count with the famous Santa Linya cave, 5 minutes drive away. There are many other wonders at only 20 minutes drive and other great places a little bit further.
In general the spaces are filled with bright light and are cozy and comfortable. And the place offers the ideal location for those lovers of forests and mountains who look for a secluded setting in nature to engage in any rural activity or simply relax and enjoy the astonishing landscapes and surroundings as well as to practice mountain sports..

All prices include VAT and local tax of € 0,90 (+ VAT) per person per night with a maximum application of 7 nights for guests over 16 years.
If the guest cancel or modify the reservation less than 7 days in advance, unused nights are not refundable. Otherwise there will be a 70% refund for unused nights.
A 200€ damage deposit in cash is required upon arrival. It will be returned once all spaces and objects have been verified.
