Master bedroom available in our large, shared 4-room apartment inside Place des Arts. Close to downtown, Old Port, Chinatown, Plateau, and "2 steps" from the Jazz Fest grounds, other festivals and metro. See "Extra Details" >
The apartment features a back terrace, direct street access, a piano and music space in the living room, and a kitty! Things to be aware of: there is sound coming from said instruments at respectful hours, even the odd music lesson or rehearsal going on. We also live above a bar, the Bleury Bar à Vinyl, which allows us to have our music upstairs and generally live a fun lifestyle, but it can make for a noisy place at times. There is always quiet during reasonable sleeping times, but the bar is open 4 days a week until 3am, especially weekends. This can make for a super exciting atmosphere for the right person(s), while a total nuisance for others...

Happy to offer insight about the area and Montreal activities. We may even share a meal or a jam if you're interested!

No parking included, sorry! There is a private lot next door with daily rates, and a closed garage across the street, as well as street parking (free on weekends).
As mentioned above, at times this is a very busy area and can be a bit noisy. This is part of being in the center of all the activity in one of the most vibrant cities in the world. For example, we are so close to the Jazz Festival grounds that we can hear the Main Stage performances from outside. This is great if you're coming to see the Festival!
Those coming for Osheaga or Heavy MTL can hop on the metro and be there in no time.
