Crabpot cottage is 60-seconds from Wells harbour in the heart of the town. It is a snug, 200-years old fisherman's cottage; cosy living space, gardens and parking. Wood burner, central heating, washing machine and WiFi make it ideal for short breaks or weeks away.
Crabpot cottage comprises of a relatively compact kitchen (cooker, fridge, table and chairs, washing machine) opening onto the garden and a cosy lounge with woodburner. At the top of the (steep) stairs are two double bedrooms - two single beds and a double - and a bathroom. Bedding and towels are provided. In addition to the woodburner, the cottage is fully central heated. 200-years ago people were shorter so, while there is good ceiling height, the door frames are LOW! It is a traditional self-catering holiday cottage, and the photos give a good impression of what the cottage is like. It works especially well for families or couples who want to enjoy the delights of a Norfolk rural/coastal small town and fishing port.
The listing is for the entire cottage, front garden, rear garden and off-road parking (located at the end of the rear garden behind wooden gates - shown in the images).
Crapbot is a cosy cottage in the central conservation area of Wells-Next-The-Sea; it is over 200-years old - so please treat it with respect. The cottage only accommodates four people. If you do want to bring babies, please get in touch before making a booking.
