Our 3 BR penthouse suite is just a stone throw away from the grocery stores, restaurants and many amenities, and within walking distance to downtown. Make yourself at home with a large, fully equipped kitchen and open concept living space, and enjoy the setting sun on the 330sf deck as you enjoy some of the best mountain views in town!
This beautiful penthouse unit (top floor of townhome) includes 3 bedrooms, open living spaces with vaulted ceilings and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably fitting up to 8 people. Along with 1 king and 2 queens in the bedrooms, the living room also features a pull-out sofa bed. It is a new unit (constructed in 2015) with a large modern kitchen and ensuite washer and dryer for your travel convenience. Occupying the entire third level of the building, the Suite features an abundance of natural lighting and unique, unobstructed mountain views in every room. There are so many windows, in fact, that we had trouble finding walls to place art, and had to avoid purchasing tall furniture. The deck offers a large area for outdoor gathering, with a dining area that seats 8, and a bar area seating 4, allowing you to enjoy the company of good friends, while enjoying fresh mountain air and panoramic views of the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
Guests have access to a large full and equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and attached garage for covered parking and storage.
Guests will receive a private message with the door code to the unit 24 hours prior to checking in.
There is ample street parking at the front of the building, or alternatively there are two tandem parking stalls to the rear of the building in front of the *middle* garage.
The Suite is UNIT 3. The entry door is located on the west side of the building.

August 29, 2017 - The previously advertised cabinet bed broke and has been replaced with a new pull out sofa bed.
We are partnered with a local shop and offer guests that book with us 50% off all paddle board, mountain bike, cruiser bike, snowshoe or fatbike rentals! This discount is limited to availability and so we recommend that you reserve any equipment beforehand. Please inquire for more information.
The unit is located in a residential neighbourhood. In order to respect the comfort and standard of living of neighbours as well as other guests within the townhome complex, kindly be respectful of noise level. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am.
This is a legal Tourist Home in the Town of Canmore and as such we collect a 5% fee for GST. This is INCLUDED in the listed nightly rental fee.
The unit is located in a residential complex with some full time residents (with children) living below the Suite. In order to respect their comfort and standard of living, please note that quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am.
Illegal drugs are not permitted within the Suite.
Smoking is permitted on the 330 sf balcony (and only if you dispose of your cigarette butts properly ;-)).
Due to owner allergies, pets are not permitted within the Suite.
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Suite caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
