We only accept a maximum of 8 guests including children in this apartment.
The apartment is fully furnished and is self-service. It comes with free wifi, Foxtel, crockery, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils, iron and board, television, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, plus more.
Our apartments are professionally cleaned and fresh towels and bed linen are provided on arrival.
We need to know what time you plan to arrive so we can organise to meet you as there is no reception desk to leave keys. Check ins after 8pm may incur a surcharge.
Respect the other residents and guests
No excessive noise or parties (security and/or police will be called if complaints are made and fees and/or eviction may apply)
Absolutely no glass or alcohol in the recreational areas i.e. pool. spa, and sauna
No recyclables to be thrown out with the general rubbish
No smoking in the apartment or common areas
Report all damages and let us know if anything is missing, not working or needs attention so we can attend to it
Turn off lights, air conditioning and heating whenever you leave the apartment
Do not throw anything over the balcony, including cigarette butts.
Please ensure the apartment is left in a clean and tidy condition when you leave.
