Apartment 1293 is located on the twenty-ninth floor of the Chevron Renaissance building’s Skyline Tower 1. It fronts the gorgeous vistas of Surfers Paradise including the nearby mountains, as well as the rolling waves of the public beaches.
When it comes to accommodation in Surfers Paradise, it doesn’t get much better than Apartment 1293. This two-bedroom apartment features a spacious living room that is warm and inviting: wood panels on the floor, dark wood for the entertainment media centre and a plush white carpet that feels so soft under the feet. The walls are painted purple to provide a perfect contrast to the white ceiling.
The large modular leather lounge can accommodate four people, but extra chairs are available from the dining setting. Guests can relax and watch both free to air and free Premium Foxtel through the large LCD TV that rests against a mirrored wall, giving the illusion of more space. Artworks are found in many corners of the apartment, providing more life to the space.
The features don’t stop there. Diagonally across from the lounge is a sleek dining setting, which features a glass-topped round table. The kitchen features a modern island bench that acts as a multi functional division between the kitchen and the rest of the apartment, including the dining and living areas. Before arriving at the resort you will need to come to our office to collect the keys which is very easy. We are licensed real estate agents (off site letting agency) that are located right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, just at the bottom of the Cosmopolitan Building, within a couple of minutes’ walk of all of our apartments.
If you arrive outside office hours we have a locked box cut into the window of our office which we give you the code for your day of arrival. Just open the locked box and there will be an envelope in there with your name on it with keys and instructions. It is very easy.
Our office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, and on weekends our staff are in and out of the office all day as well.

As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.
