Shopping/restaurant area Jordaan at 5 minutes walking away. Central station is a 15 minutes stroll away. Quietly located but busy city-life is just around the corner.
The apartment is 40m2. It has one living-room with kitchen and one bedroom/showerroom. Sunny, light. The building was built in 1925.

The windows in front of the house can not be opened. The window in the backside (bedroom) can be opened.
Do not smoke in the house. Smoking a pipe or any (soft) drugs are definitely not allowed. No soft (joints or splifs) or hard drugs are allowed in the house.
No loud music or screaming, no party. This is a residential area and people do live here. Keep that in mind. I Amsterdam a lot of people live near eachother and the walls are fairly thin!!!
You may use the internet wifi, but please, do only visit legal and appropriate website’s. No illegal downloading is permitted. This is monitored in The Netherlands.
You can use all utensils, plates etc in kitchen. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE CHINA in the small wooden/glass cupboard in the living room. These are gifts and have a huge emotional value to me.
Don’t leave any food open in the house as this attracts vermin.
This is your holiday so you do not need to clean the house. This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take care for my belongings. I ask you only to keep the house neat.
