-- Max (dog) will bark to announce someone is here but settles down once he smells you. No jumping allowed
-- We have breakfast makings for your use or feel free to join us for breakfast
We have tiny houses on the property and pigs! Be sure to share your dinner scraps with them (no pork or citrus for the piggies). The tiny house neighbors will be in to use the laundry or kitchen occasionally.

As you might expect, these rules are learned from experience
-- Quiet time is from midnight to 7am, there are three rooms in the house, probably with people in them
-- Dogs must be kenneled if left alone on property. Please provide vet telephone number and name/date of last flea prevention and rabies vaccination. $200 fine if insects are found within 30 days of your stay and you did not provide treatment information
-- No smoking on the property, there is a $200 fine and we will cancel your reservation if you smoke on the property
-- If you need to bring a second car, let us know so we can tell you where to park
I'll typically give a tour if your of the property if our times line up. Call with any troubles to make sure I give quick assistance. I typically check the texts messages twice a day.
I travel for dancing. And between dances I train small business on inventory management and accounting. I'm building my tiny house and trying to find a place to *permanently* park it. I've made a couple fun trips to the Northeast with the house in the prototype stage. Completions expected spring of 2016.
