Close to parks & hundreds of restaurants, bars, and shops on Broadway, Pike, and Pine, our apartment allows you to explore Seattle's exciting Capitol Hill neighborhood. The kitchen, bathroom, patio, and living-room are shared with the owners.
Your private bedroom opens onto the patio, where you can enjoy a drink outside on a warm, summer evening. Alternatively, take the elevator to the roof to enjoy a gorgeous westward view of the Space Needle, Bainbridge Island, and Puget Sound.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, appliances, and more. An in-unit washer and dryer is available for guests who plan to stay a bit longer.
Guests should feel free to share the living room, dining room, patio, kitchen, and bathroom with the owners. The bedroom is private.
Общение с гостями
We are open to having as much or as little contact with guests as they want. Of course, we love meeting people (subject to our work schedules).
If you are a quiet person and don't want much interaction with your host, that's okay too. However, we'll be around in the evenings cooking, having a beer on the patio, reading in the living room, and more. Don't expect to stay here and not see us.
Другие важные подробности
We live in a city. Although the apartment is generally quiet on weekdays, we live on top of a sports bar and a gay bar. On the weekends, both bars can be a bit noisy occasionally. Most of our guests don't notice any noise, but if you are especially sensitive, it might be a good idea to look elsewhere.
No shoes, no pets, no smoking, and no drugs in the apartment. We don't care if you smoke marijuana, but please do it in one of the local parks, not in our apartment. Otherwise, have fun.
Stephanie and I just moved to Seattle, which is a beautiful and exciting city. We teach at the University of Washington and are interested in meeting new and adventurous people.
