C'est une maison spacieuse , décorée avec goût et très bien aménagée. La seńora Luisa qui assure l'entretien est très gentille également.

This apartment wasn't missing anything we needed while travelling! It might just be the best place to be when in Ciudad de México! Full of light, spacious, clean and very tasteful it also has a beautiful garden! Alberto has been so welcoming and available and gave us plenty of wonderful suggestions about the neighborhood and city!!!

Alberto's home was just the slice of heaven me and my family needed for a four nights, five days stay in Mexico City. Aside from everything being just as described, there was a laid back calm to being in this beautifully designed and maintained house that the pictures can't really convey. While a quick 5 minute Uber drive to Plaza San Jacinto in San Angel, the house is in the Guadalupe Inn, a well off and very safe neighborhood between main avenues Revolución and Insurgentes. There are several drugstores, and a few convenient stores (Oxxo, Seven Eleven) a few blocks from the house, and incredibly enough a theater (Helenico), where, if you understand enough Spanish, you can enjoy a nice cultural evening. I visited with my entire family of 4 and the house felt the perfect size. The living room is particularly gorgeous, with floor to ceiling glass windows and doors, allowing you a view to the wonderful garden outside in the patio; you can see the hummingbirds licking the nectar of the colorful flowers, and almost smell the zest of the yellow oranges that hang from the tree. Picture windows let the serenity of the surroundings extend into the the Master Bedroom. If you like to cook like we do, this kitchen is a dream for whipping up family meals and eating them at the long wooden table in the living room. Alberto was very accommodating about the check-in time and let us arrive almost an hour before the originally agreed upon time. Tucked off busy Avenida Revolucíon, San Angel is one of the few remaining colonial neighborhoods in Mexico City. Cobblestone streets and and two small plazas form the center of this popular neighborhood. This is where the renowned Bazar del Sábado (Saturday Bazaar) is held at Plaza San Jacinto. It's full of artistic and antique treasures and surrounded by excellent restaurants and cantinas -- a wonderful place to spend a day. We also visited Coyoacán, a Colonial-Era suburb noted for its beautiful town square, cobblestone streets, fine old mansions, the Coyoacán market, and several of the city's most interesting museums. This was the home of Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera, and of Leon Trotsky after his exile from Stalin's USSR. With something of a hippie feel, it's a wonderful place to spend the day. We spent another day at colonia Polanco (north of the huge Chapultepec park), this is Mexico City's most exclusive address. With its zoo, many notable museums, antiques shops, stylish shopping, fine dining and nightlife, and upscale hotels, it's an ideal place for discovering contemporary Mexican culture. Avenida Presidente Masaryk is the main artery - think of it as the Rodeo Drive or Champs-Elysées of Mexico City. We toured some high end boutiques such as Tiffany, and Burberry, and also some gorgeous shops unique to Latin America (such as Common People). Also visited the fantastic Soumaya Museum, and after enjoying the Rodin exhibition, we crossed to the other side of the street for more...

This is a very spacious apartment (bigger than in the pictures) with a laundry room, parking, private bath and private guest room. The garden is beautiful. I chose this neighborhood because I wanted to be closer to San Angel Inn, Bazar Sabado and Coyoacan and the place is perfect. At night it's a short uber to get back from here, but the location is really perfect. Alberto was nice enough to leave us water as well and was very attentive. The room comes with wifi, TV and cable as well. Highly recommend!
