Newer construction, modern one bedroom, one bathroom main level condo located in downtown Traverse City, MI. Walking distance to theaters, shopping, restaurants, markets, breweries, bars, festivals and beaches. The beach is just a five block walk away. City parking pass included.
One queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper. Full kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counter-tops, tiger-wood floors. We will provide paper goods for kitchen/bathroom including paper towel, toilet tissue and Kleenex.
There is a TV in bedroom and living area. Both have cable and Apple TV. There is dedicated high speed WiFi in our unit.
We also provide locally roasted coffee from Higher Grounds Trading Company as complimentary.
In unit washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets provided.

The square footage is approximately 780 ft so while parties of 3 or less may be most comfortable, we do allow up to a maximum of 4 guests. The main bed is in the bedroom and there is a sofa sleeper in the open living area. We do not currently offer any special items for young guests such as strollers or pack-n-play however we hope to have these items as a courtesy in the future. Kids are welcome however these items are not available at this time so if you need them you will want to bring them along.
We appreciate you treating this space as if it were your own as you enjoy your stay!

I'm a Michigan Man who loves the outdoors; fishing, hiking, camping, and spending time with my wife and kids. Foodie. Beer lover. Love to travel but don't do it as much as we used to. We couldn't ask for a better place to live, work and play than Northern Lower Michigan, with an abundance of local focused award winning restaurants, over 16 breweries and over 40 wineries in the area, and countless trails, beaches and bike trails, there is no shortage of responsible indulgence through food/drink and outdoor exploration to be had. I'm always excited about that next project, which is why we're so thrilled to be sharing a slice of Downtown Traverse City to other folks looking for the perfect getaway, through the rental of our new condo which is located just a few blocks from the heart of it all. Another new project in the works is Fresh Coast Chocolate Co., a bean to bar chocolate factory/cafe owned by my wife Nichole that will be opening in Traverse City's Warehouse District in early June 2016 - stop in if you make it to the area and say hello!
