This quiet retreat in historic East Nashville is in the popular Five Points area, just across the river from downtown. Queen bed, kitchenette, lots of space to relax. Fold flat sofa for extra guest(s). This location is unbeatable - walk to restaurants/bars, live music and Nissan stadium.

This "artist studio" is located in the rear of the property, separate from the main house. The studio is a large open space with a stained concrete floor, high ceilings with fan, and a small kitchenette. The bathroom is located off the main space with a 3/4 wall and sliding pocket door. (Airbnb hosts in Nashville are required by the city to pay a hotel tax of 6% plus a 2.50/night occupancy fee and 9.25% sales tax that Airbnb does not collect in their fees. This is included in the price/night.)
There is gate access from the street (residential street parking), with a path that leads to the back building. Guests can come and go with combination lock access to the studio.

We live onsite in the main house and are available to assist via phone or in person (if we're home). We'd love to meet our guests and help them enjoy their visit with recommendations and answer any questions, but we also value your privacy. We may be doing chores in the backyard, but we'll try and stay out of your way!

This neighborhood is in the middle of it all. There is no commute to the action. Just stroll out the door and you're in it. It's not loud, but it sure is convenient.
We ask that our guests respect the noise levels enforced locally and that no one smokes in or near the studio. We enjoy a good relationship with our neighbors and we would certainly like to keep it that way. Most importantly, have fun!
We love to travel, but living in such a fun place like Nashville, it's hard to leave. We enjoy live music, bike riding, good food and wine, fly-fishing (Chris) and hot yoga (Margaret). Margaret has lived all over the country (NYC, L.A., DC/MD, ATL, TX, NC, Pittsburgh, Detroit) and Chris is a native Nashvillian. We both enjoy meeting new people as we explore the city (and the world).
