Unfortunately, as you chose to holiday in a tropical area you will find the occasional bug. We cannot prevent bugs from entering your apartment at all times, as much as we wish we could, this is impossible. The cleaners came back into the room and there was 1 bug.
This guest has consistently lied - he told our office that he was not taken up to his room, when him and 1 other guest were taken up to the room - we suspect that he only bought 1 person up to the room as he actually lied about how many guests were staying in the room.
He has also lied about the table - This is a very sturdy table which has been in this apartment for 8 years. It weighs 70+ kg. When Gargan had a conversation with my father Kevin regarding the table he admitted that his child was sitting on top of the table - As you would be aware, Glass tables are not meant to be sat on, and as a result of this - The table shattered into thousands of pieces. This of course, is not our fault.
We also have not received any emails or photos - not has Gagan been in contact with me via air bnb, he contacted me on the first day regarding the bug, and this was rectified, Infact we have been trying to contact Gagan, with no response, as we are needing payment for the table that he smashed.
These apartments get cleaned every single time a guest leaves and prior to another arrival.
It is a real shame that people lie and leave false reviews, however i have 100+ positive reviews on here which shows what a reputable company we actually are.
