Large King Bed & sofa bed (pull-out couch) sleeps 2-4 w/ kitchenette and bathroom w/ a shower. Blackout Curtains to sleep in late and a new air conditioner to keep the unit nice & cold. Hotel amenities included: Free WIFI, Flat screen cable TV, Light Gym equipment, Pool, & Laundry facility (no resort fee so hotel front desk not included with this private rental). From the balcony, enjoy beautiful Ko'olau mountains views. Close to sandy white beach, International Market Place, dining & more!


This large studio unit comfortably sleeps 2-4. The unit features free WIFI, Cable TV, a King Size Bed and a convertible sofa bed. The bathroom has a vanity with a few toiletries to start you off with, linens and towels are provided, shower and toilet. In the closet we provide extra towels too! The kitchenette though small has everything you need. Includes a mini-fridge, microwave,hot plate (for light cooking) and coffee maker with complimentary coffee and teas, and all kitchenware are found in the cabinets.

Our office is a couple of blocks away, so we will coordinate meeting you to show you to room anytime from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. After hours or delayed check-in, may be required to pay the extra $25 fee for the hotel desk check.

We are always available when our guests have requests or need information about what to see and do. Please stop in our office located on the ground floor of Kuhio Village, (Hours of Operation: M-F 9:30 am-4:30 pm, S-S 11am-2pm). After hours by phone in case of emergency.

Onsite there is a pool and small fitness center. Every Tuesday from 4:30-5:30 Aloha Surf property managers host happy hour! They serve drinks, pupus, and there is live Hawaiian music in the lobby.

Please provide your flight arrival information (flight # and arrival time) so we can plan for your arrival to Waikiki and get you checked in.

Per community house rules, all guests must register on-site with a valid photo id or passport required for all guests in the unit. VISITORS are not permitted un-escorted above the lobby level. Security card key activity is monitored and serves the purpose to provide extra security. Use of card key is reserved for paying Guests or Residents only and may not be used to allow access to anyone else. FAILURE to comply with the building rules will result in violations and fines which you will be responsible.
In general, all guests, residents & visitors are asked to be a good neighbor and to comply with the following building rules:

-No smoking in the unit or in the common areas of the building.
-Loud music or TV playback is generally not allowed.
-Items may never hang over or from the lanai ledge.
-Trash chutes are located on each floor - please tie your bags prior to releasing down the shoot so you do not cause a clog. If you have items too large for the trash chute, please use the dumpsters located in the garage.
-Intoxicated behavior in any common area is prohibited.
Unaccounted key cards will incur a $100 charge per card missing or damaged.

Additionally, all guests are also asked to leave the room in order during their stay, report any leaks or damages immediately, and asked to not leave food out, unsealed or in the trash as this will attract bugs into the unit; units are on routine bug control however we ask that you do not feed them or the BIRDS :)
Do not place anything other than toilet paper into the toilet or you will cause a clog. Please do NOT dispose female products, “flushable wipes”, or baby wipes in the toilet or you could be responsible to pay the plumbing bill.
Upon checking out, leave all dirty towels in the bathtub or in the laundry basket. The cleaning fee will take care of general cleaning and laundry but please make sure the unit is not “trashed” or excessively dirty with trash, sand or dishes otherwise additional cleaning may be charged against your deposit. Do NOT bring sand into the unit or into the bathroom. Sand will clog the drains and you may be responsible should a plumber be called to remove the clog.

Très bien situé! Tout se fait à pieds et proche d'une rue où le stationnement est gratuit. Lit queen très confortable mais le divan lit ne l'était pas du tout. Manque un peu de Matériel ( verre, ustensiles). Nous étions 4 et c'était limité par rapport à l'espace. Sinon c'était parfait!

We would never stay here again! When we checked in there was standing water in the bathroom(from a leaking toilet) which caused a very musty smell. The bathroom also had clumps of hair on the floor! So disgusting! The microwave had crusted food in it. The dishes were dirty. The air conditioner was filthy and the clean filter light was on. There were yellow stains on the pillow. The whole room and all the bedding reeked of air freshener, it was nauseating! There were two dead cockroaches in the room and a used condom wrapper under the bed. And the sleeper sofa's mattress was so thin and uncomfortable that my girls could not sleep on it. The first night my 12 year slept on the couch not the pull out bed and my 6 year had to sleep in the bed with my husband and I which made for a very crowded bed! The next day we complained to management and requested that we check out and be refunded our remaining 4 nights but they told us they would only refund us if the room was rented for those nights by someone else. We were not willing to pay for two hotels so we decided to just tough it out. Management brought up a fold up futon mat so one child slept on that and one slept on the couch for the rest of our stay. Management also sent up someone to fix the toilet which they did so at least we didn't have to deal with a leaky bath. Management also said they sent up housecleaning to clean the room again but they did not clean the microwave or all the hair from the bathroom floor or the bugs or the used condo from under the bed( which we found at the end of our stay as I was checking under the bed for any belongings). I understand that it's an old building but that's no excuse for a dirty room. I also do not think this room is acceptable for 4 people unless they replace the pullout couch with a much better mattress. The hotel pool had poop in it when we went the one and only time to swim. When maintance cleaned it out they only told us to stay out of the pool for 3 hours and did not inform the rest of the guest lounging around the pool at the time. We went around and told them about the poop in the pool. The hotel also did not post a sign telling people not to swim. On the plus side the hotel is right in downtown Waikiki so walkable to everything. However we will never stay here again. We definitely would have paid more for a nicer place and enjoyed our stay more.

Spent the NYE timeframe here. Got the most value for my dollar in comparison to hotels. Location is in a very lively area of Waikiki. Walked everywhere which was great exercise & Uber rides were very cheap. Surprised as to how well I slept given the location. Didn't really hear any of the early morning traffic. Room is located in an older building which is noticeable. Gym/exercise area was completely inoperable during my stay which was disappointing. Hawaii Dream Realty was super helpful & accommodating. 4/5 stars!

For those doing Hawaii on a budget, studios offer the best of both worlds providing a clean, private place to stay within walking distance to the BEACH at affordable prices (vary for upgrades, views, cooking abilities). For those looking for nicer or larger accommodations, then you should target $150/night off season to $250/night peak season (vary for upgrades, views, cooking abilities, building amenities, parking included). If you are looking for an Ocean-front experience, then target $350- $400/night and for a luxury experience, $500 to over $1000/night. Hawaii offers something for everyone at every price point!

Our vacation rental units are privately owned and managed. We offer an alternative to the hotel experience allowing our guests to “live like a local” in paradise whether be for a few days, a few weeks or a few months. Our units are well maintained, repaired when necessary and treated routinely with pest control services. We try not to interrupt our guests during their stay, and if the unexpected happens, we do our best to resolve it quickly with the least inconvenience to our guests. Upon arrival, we try to meet all our guests personally to register, check-in, and answer any questions. And if you’re running late don’t worry, we can make arrangements no matter the hour and register you in the office the next day.
