Другие важные подробности
NOTE: We love kids, have 3 of our own, but due to the numerous stairs/staircases and lack of child safety gates we feel our chalet is best suited for children 5 yrs and older.
LOCATION: We are ideally located and are a convenient 5 minute drive to the local market, brewery, cafés, ski rentals and rustic shops. We love how centrally located our chalet is!
PARKING: There is an abundance of parking, with two different driveways. We strongly RECOMMEND that lower cars/sedans use the more level RV parking/driveway to the left of the main driveway. The main driveway has a steep incline at the street line and lower vehicles could have a problem entering/exiting (you’ll understand when you see it. :) 4-wheel drive and lifted vehicles will be fine.
SNOW CLEARING: Although Arnold does not get as much snowfall as Calaveras Big Trees and Bear Valley up Hwy 4, there can be plenty of snow at times, so be prepared with the proper vehicle (four-wheel drive, chains, etc.). We have a snow blower and shovels for your use in the garage if needed. Professional snow clearing of the driveway for an additional cost can be provided if desired, so please inquire if interested ($55-$75 depending on amount of snow).
Despite the recent snowfall we are still in the midst of a drought - please conserve water and be careful with fire in the campfire ring.
NOT SAFE OR SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN 0-4 years (safety)
NO BACHELOR OR BACHELORETTE PARTIES!
Must be 25 years or older to rent
Put all things back as you found them
Deer Run Chalet is on a septic system so no products other than toilet paper should go in the toilets and only water should go down the sink drains (no food).
No shoes or food upstairs please. We think you will appreciate how clean everything is too! :)
Guest is responsible to pay a $10 replacement fee for each misplaced or lost private lake access tag (what we are charged for their replacement)
My husband Mark and I live in the Bay Area and like many, we love to getaway from the hustle and bustle whenever we can! We have our chalet because we wanted that perfect place to go with our friends and family (we have 3 pre-teen kids) to enjoy the great outdoors and all that the Stanislaus Forest has to offer... and when we're not there, we're excited about sharing our wonderful and beautiful home with others so that they can enjoy these same things!
