Fully self-contained, split level one-bedroom unit in a brand new home. In tranquil Quail Rise, you look over a rural setting and mountains but are five minutes' drive to the airport and Frankton; 7km from Queenstown.
Your unit has a cozy private sitting area (single sofabed); equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, hotplates) and private bathroom. Climb the ladder to your loft bedroom with Queen bed. Our family lives in the attached main house, leaving you to your own pace.
The cozy split-level unit is attached to our main house. You can use the main entranceway of the house, or your private entranceway on the porch.
Very simply furnished, the unit has a couple of armchairs, coffee table, desk and sofabed. Windows are double-glazed and the house is insulated. The ensuite is new and has heated floors and heated towel rail.
Up the ladder is the loft bedroom with your Queen bed and built-in wardrobe.
There's no TV! But unlimited highspeed fibre wifi. Which, let's face it, is far better.
We leave you tea, coffee, fruit, milk and basics for brekkie.
You can access the unit through our shared entranceway, or your own ranchslider. Key works for both.
Общение с гостями
We love a chat, having been travelers ourselves for nearly 20 years, but we work and often work away so will have limited availability to help with your stay. Drop me a text if you need to grab me and I can usually answer. It's great for people who like to be left to do their own thing!
We leave you the ingredients in your kitchen to help yourselves to breakfast at your leisure.
Другие важные подробности
We have a dog and two children. All are a work in progress and you will definitely hear them. Especially at 730am. Sorry. but they do stay out of your unit.
We are right next to paddocks and there is close access to walking tracks. Walk up our hill to our bees and enjoy the view.
The landscaping of the new house is also a work in progress - after summer!
We have chooks. If you can find where they're hiding their eggs these days you're welcome to them ;)
Got kids? We have a portacot if you need it. There is a ladder in the unit between living and bedroom so you have to keep a good eye on climbers. We are at the end of a street however so outside has no traffic.
There's heaps of parking.
Please take shoes off on the carpet :)
I grew up in Queenstown then lived in the UK and South America, returning home recently so my kids could grow up here too. Waiting for winter snowboarding! We like having different people and languages around the house.
