Upon Check Out please ensure that:
1- You have taken all your personal items, including phone chargers and all electronic devices. We will not be responsible for any lost items or items left behind.
2- Please ensure that pool heater and air conditioner is turned off.
3- Please make sure that all counters are clear, and all trash has been thrown in garbage receptacles.
4- Please strip beds of linens, and leave in laundry room for the cleaning staff.
The following rules must be followed otherwise you will automatically lose your entire deposit:
1) No Smoking of any kind inside the house, including E- Cigarettes or vapes. All smoking must be done out doors.
2) No glassware may be used in backyard. Only plastic ware i.e. plastic cups, plastic plates, bowls etc...
3)Only 10 Guests are permitted during your stay. If you are interested in more than 10 guests, before booking please let us know. There is a $100 dollar fee for each extra guest up to 14 Guests Total. If this rule is broken, that is automatic forfeiture of your deposit.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the home.
2. Persons other than those in the Lessee party set forth above may not stay
overnight in the Property. Any other person in the Property is the
sole responsibility of Lessee.
3. Lessees must keep the Property and all furnishings in good order.
4. Appliances must be used only for their intended uses.
5. Pets are NOT allowed.
6. Parking: Driveway use only. No garage access.
Illegally parked cars are subject to towing; Applicable fine and towing fees are the
sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath
towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any
accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its
facilities. Lessor is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or
valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all
guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the
premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
This Short Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between David Carrillo (“Lessor”) and “Lessee”) as of the date last set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:
1. Property: The Property is located at:(URL HIDDEN) 83391 Camino Bonito Avenue.,(URL HIDDEN) Coachella, California 92236
The Property is furnished and includes:
Refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture, linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ grill, Pool and Spa.
2. Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of Lessee and only the following

3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 12 persons. An
additional charge or $100 per person per night for guests in addition to amount listed will be assessed.
4. Term of the Lease: The lease begins at 1 pm on (date)(the “Check-in Date”)
and ends at 1 pm on _(date0 (the “Checkout Date”).
5. Minimum Stay: This Property requires a four night minimum stay. If a rental
is taken for less than 4 days, the guest will be charged the 4 days rate.
6. Rental Rules: Lessee agrees to abide by the Rental Rules, below, at all times while at the Property and shall cause all members of their Rental Party and anyone else Lessee permits on the Property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the Property.
7. Access: Lessee shall allow Lessor access to the Property for purposes of repair and inspection. Lessor shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
8. Rental Rate and Fees:
a. Deposit: A deposit of $500.00 is due at the moment of reservation prior to the Check-In Date. The deposit is for security and shall be refunded within seven (07) days after the Checkout Date provided that no deductions are made due to:
i. Damage to the property or furnishings;
ii. Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or
iii. Any other cost incurred by lessor due to lessee’s stay.
b. Cleaning fee: $200.00 non-refundable
Spa Heater fee: $50.00
9. Cancellation Policy: Should either party wish to cancel this reservation for any reason, notice of cancellation must be in writing or via e-mail and received by more than 120 days prior to Lessee's “Check-In Date”. If Lessee's cancellation notice is NOT received by Lessor more than 120 days in advance of “Check- In Date”, all the Deposits, Fees and Rents collected will be non- Refundable.
10. Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance.
11. The subject property has a (swimming pool, spa and/or hot tub) located thereon. The tenant(s) will use the swimming pool and/or hot tub at the tenant’s own risk. The lessor will not be held responsible for the injuries sustained by the lessee's and/or the lessee's occupants or guests when using the swimming pool and/or hot tub, and the tenant will indemnify the lessor for any actions resulting from injuries to lessee and/or lessee's occupants or guests. The lessee must immediately notify the lessor of any repair that the swimming pool/hot tub may require. The lessee is responsible for the full cost that may be due for repair and/or replacement of the swimming pool/hot tub that is required as a result of negligence by the lessee or the lessee's occupants or guests. The lessee must operate the swimming pool/hot tub in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and in a safe, responsible manner. The lessee understands that the swimming pool and/or hot tub is strictly an amenity and that the use of this amenity is not guaranteed under the terms of the lease. Any interruption or non-availability of the use of the swimming pool/hot tub will not violate any terms of the lease.If the lessee violates any part of this Addendum, the lessee will then be in default of the lease. In the event of a default, the lessor may initiate legal proceedings in accordance with local and state regulations to evict or have the lessee removed from the leased premises, as well as seek judgment against the lessee for any monies owed to the lessor as a result of the lessee's default.
I agree that all rental monies are non-refundable per cancellation policy above. I have read my rights to purchase travel insurance.
