The farmhouse was built in 1917, as a chicken farm. Two barns from that era still remain on the property. The house was extensively remodeled and expanded in 2006, to provide porches, a great room, a master suite, and a very modern and functional chef's kitchen. The rock swimming pool was added in 2009. The property sits on 13 acres, offering a 20 tree apple orchard, meadows, and forest. There is minimal road traffic, adding to the seclusion. It is a very special place. No one ever wants to leave!
Guests have access to all parts of the house with the exception of a locked section of the basement. Guests should not attempt to enter the outbuildings, due to internal structural issues.

Originally from Texas, I am a Wall Street executive turned actor. I have owned my farmhouse for 20 years and spent that time gradually modernizing it, while leaving the original Arts & Crafts detail in place. I have traveled throughout the globe, but without a doubt, it is my favorite destination!
