Per community house rules, all guests must register with the on-site resident manager or security. A photo copy of valid government issued identification is required for all guests in the unit.

All residents are required to sign-in their guests at the Security Desk in the main lobby for every visit. Guests are not permitted unescorted above the lobby level and may not be in possession/and or use of key set. Use of key set is reserved for the express use of residents only and may not be used to allow access to anyone other than the resident and guest.

In general, all guests are asked to be a good neighbor and to also comply with the following:
-Loud music or TV playback is generally not allowed.
-Trash chutes are located on all floors. Please adhere to posted signing. If you have items too large for the trash chute, please use the dumpster in the garage.
-All personal items (towels/ clothing) may never hang over or from a lanai ledge.
-Intoxicated behavior in any common area is prohibited.
-Upon check-out, please place all keys in the key drop in the door to the rear of our office to the right of the security desk in the lobby of Tower 1. Unaccounted for key sets will incur a $100 charge per set.

Like others have said, the location of this place is great. Just a couple blocks away from Waikiki Beach and many stores. The only comment I'd make is to upgrade the bathtub as it's looking a little dated. The Dream Realty TEAM was easy to deal with and communication (via text or in person) was consistent and simple.

FRENCH : L'emplacement de ce Airbnb est PARFAIT pour rayonner dans Honolulu : vous êtes au pied des bus, et à 2mn à pied de la plage. Pas besoin de voiture si vous comptez rester dans Honolulu et aux alentours (Pearl Harbor, Diamond Head, Makiki, Manoa, Koko crater et Hanauma Bay sont largement accessibles par bus, même si le temps d'attente peut varier jusqu'à 50mn, et quelques Uber). Nous avons été accueillis par le gardien (il reste en permanence dans le hall de l'immeuble) qui nous a montré la lockbox dans laquelle se trouvait les clefs pour l'appartement. L'appartement en lui-même est assez conforme aux photos. Pas très grand mais juste ce qu'il faut pour quelques jours à Honolulu. Le lit était confortable, rien à redire. Il y a juste un petit peu de bruit provenant de la rue, mais ne gênant pas les personnes habitant en ville habituellement. Je recommande ce Airbnb. ENGLISH : The location of this Airbnb is PERFECT to move into Honolulu: you are very close of the buses, and 2 minutes walk from the beach. No need for a car if you intend to stay in and around Honolulu (Pearl Harbor, Diamond Head, Makiki, Manoa, Koko Crater and Hanauma Bay are widely accessible by bus, although the waiting time can vary up to 50mn, Some Uber). We were greeted by the security guard (he stays permanently in the lobby of the building) who showed us the lockbox in which the keys for the apartment were located. The apartment itself is quite consistent with the photos. Not very big but just what you need for a few days in Honolulu. The bed was comfortable, no complaints. There is just a little bit of noise from the street, but not annoying people usually living in the city. I recommend this Airbnb.

This little apartment is perfect for you if you want to be in the middle of the action. It is small, but cozy and it's perfect if you just want to have a nice place to go at the end of the day. The kitchen is basic, but you can easily cook a nice dinner. Only thing missing would be the necessary to make pasta and scissors. Other than that, everything is there. Theresa was really nice and gave us good advice on where to go. She was there for all our questions and took some news to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely recommend this condo. Thank you for having us, we had a wonderful time :)

For those doing Hawaii on a budget, studios offer the best of both worlds providing a clean, private place to stay within walking distance to the BEACH at affordable prices (vary for upgrades, views, cooking abilities). For those looking for nicer or larger accommodations, then you should target $150/night off season to $250/night peak season (vary for upgrades, views, cooking abilities, building amenities, parking included). If you are looking for an Ocean-front experience, then target $350- $400/night and for a luxury experience, $500 to over $1000/night. Hawaii offers something for everyone at every price point!

Our vacation rental units are privately owned and managed. We offer an alternative to the hotel experience allowing our guests to “live like a local” in paradise whether be for a few days, a few weeks or a few months. Our units are well maintained, repaired when necessary and treated routinely with pest control services. We try not to interrupt our guests during their stay, and if the unexpected happens, we do our best to resolve it quickly with the least inconvenience to our guests. Upon arrival, we try to meet all our guests personally to register, check-in, and answer any questions. And if you’re running late don’t worry, we can make arrangements no matter the hour and register you in the office the next day.

Stop by our real estate office, ground floor of Kuhio Village. We are there daily to assist and share this incredibly beautiful island, local eateries, activities and entertainment found in Waikiki and around the island.
