This small apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed, separate desk/work area, full kitchen, and full bath. We live on the first floor and rent three apartments upstairs. Two blocks from shops, restaurants, bakeries, art museum, and brewery. Dogs are allowed, but no cats. We love cats, but have had problems with spraying.
This apartment is quiet and cozy and has everything you need for a short- or long-term stay. If you need anything, we're right downstairs, so just ask. If you stay for a week or longer, we'll provide some complimentary locally-made goodies. We have tried to prepare this apartment to reflect the thoughtfulness we have experienced at the many AirBnB homes we've stayed in all over the world. We love AirBnB and hope you love your visit to Arkansas. It has much to offer.
There is no smoking anywhere in the house, but you are welcome to enjoy the backyard and big front porch for smoking or just hanging out. We have a washer and dryer in the basement, which is accessed through the backyard, and which you can use anytime. We have two dogs, who stay in our part of the house, although they have access to the backyard. You are welcome to pet them, walk them, let them sit on you, or whatever.

Другие важные подробности
Parking is free on the street. There's usually plenty of space for everyone on the block, but sometimes you might have to park on one end of the block or the other. We're right in the middle of the block. Safety isn't an issue, but do not leave anything visible in your car. Everyone I have heard had their window broken had left a cell phone, laptop, etc. in the car. Don't tempt anyone. We do have security cameras on the front porch.
This is an old house (late 1800s) with hardwood floors, so sound can carry if you stomp around. We only ask that you be respectful with noise at night. Keep it at a reasonable volume. No smoking in the house, but anywhere outside is fine. Other than that, just treat our home, other tenants, and us as you would expect to be treated in your home. A note on bugs. They are plentiful in the south, some seasons more than others. We regularly have our pest control company spray, but we'll still get the occasional ant or "water bug/tree roach/palmetto bug." Those are startling if you're not used to them. We just want you to know this is not a cleanliness issue. There are just times of the year they are harder to control. Thank you for understanding.
Jason and I are lawyers in Little Rock, Arkansas. Jason is in private practice. Stephanie has a nonprofit called Women Lead Arkansas, owns a candy store called Sweet Candy + Gifts, and law firm called Law to Go. We stay pretty busy. :) We love to travel, and use Airbnb exclusively. We love trying to live as the locals do. We look forward to meeting new people and providing them a home away from home.
