House Rules:

1. We need you to email us passport copies of all who will be living inside the flat right after booking confirmation and before arrival
2. We would as well like you to take photos of the flat upon your arrival and email or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) them to us on your first night, and if there are any damages kindly take photos of them and send them too. That is just for security reasons but everything is at perfect shape and the flat is a brand new one and very clean, so kindly feel home and keep it as tidy and as clean as yours
3. Kindly inform us from day one after your arrival if there is anything with the cleanliness of the flat that you're not happy with because we're abroad at the moment and can't really check after the housekeepers and we rely on the photos they send us after cleaning
4. If you need a parking place you need to inform us ahead of time. To get a parking permit, you should head to the concierge to get a parking permit every three days
5. Please bare in mind that the concierge won't be and will never be responsible for the key collecting or leaving process as it's against the compounds rules. So make sure you give us your exact checkin and checkout time so we can arrange someone to handle the key part.
6. Kindly note that you cannot use the garden for Barbeque or washing or hanging clothes it's just for relaxation, as mentioned on our flat page it's a communal garden
7. Our boiler is a manual one, check the note at the storage door where the boiler is, it explains that you need to fill it with water manually and press the (To activate On-Peak boost black button) 20 minutes prior using hot water to guarantee a nice hot bath or using the kitchens hot water tap, kindly do not complain from hot water if you're not familiar with manual boilers.
8. Kindly make sure you ventilate the flat every now and then to avoid any moulds and mildews. There is a dehumidifier in flat that needs to be emptied from water once full. And during high showers and cooking kindly set it on its maximum performance then back to the normal settings when done.
9. Please never hesitate to contact us at anytime during your entire stay regardless of what time it is during the day, We will always be there to assist you at all times

It was a wonderful fortnight which we spent in Haidy's flat in Kew. Firstly, the flat itself is very good, clean and neat, everything is functioning perfectly. We are a family with 3 kids (12 y., 5 y. and 5 mo.), and everybody enjoyed it a lot. Secondly, the neighbourhood is just fantastic - actually it is not only close to the famous Kew Gardens (20 min walk) but itself is in a kind of a park - Kew Riverside Park it is called, practically on the bank of the Thames, with marvellous trees and bushes and birds and squirrells (and a fox trotting by every evening at dusk) visible right from the windows. And a very nice green grassy backyard. And a separate entrance from outside also adds privacy and puts you closer to the nature. Kew retail park with all kinds of shops and M&S foodstore very close at hand. Underground station in 10-15 min. walk, whilst the bus station is in 100 metres. Even Kew Pier is not far, so you can take a boat and go either upstream to Hampton Court or down to Westminster... Quietness and safety of the neighbourhood are also very important for us. We really loved it. And the landlady though distantly was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Haidy!

I was looking for a place close to my daughter's house in Mortlake as she had just had a baby and I was over from New Zealand for a number of weeks to help her out. Options were very limited in finding accommodation in the area and I was prepared to take what I could get. Haidy's apartment was perfect. Two bedrooms, in a modern housing apartment complex, just twenty minutes walk along the river to my daughter and son in law's house. It probably isn't the place to choose to come if you were travelling to London for the first time and wanting to see the sights, but anyone travelling to SW14 for family or business reasons should definitely stay here. Haidy could not have been more helpful.

A very nice flat in a good and safe location. However, could have been cleaned better on arrival. Flat though has extensive mould and damp which is not convenient if you have asthma. Landlord very responsive and supportive, sent someone to clean immediately. But it still wasn't, unfortunately, good enough.

I came to Kew to do research at the National Archives, and the location of this flat was perfect for that. It is in a lovely setting, near the Thames in an immaculately maintained, safe residential area. My son and husband travelled with me and they found it easy to access other parts of London from Kew Station which is a 10-15 minute walk away. The apartment was perfectly clean and equipped with everything you would need. The nearby Marks and Spencer store is a fantastic place to shop for groceries. I would definitely stay here again.

Haidy was great- we never met in person but was excellent with communication and everything was easy. Flat is in a great location, easy access to shopping, river, pubs, etc. Was a very good visit and would stay there again.

Good flat in a nice location by the river, close to Kew Gardens tube. Haidy and her husband are very welcoming and helpful.
