Villa Thea is a good place to stay.
The villa is a white building rounded by olive trees, divided in several apartments for guests. You have to climb a hill to get there (and if you keep on walking, you might get to a pair of nice beaches).
The airport is very close, someone could find this annoying: to us, even if it was peak season, the air traffic wasn't a big problem.
Our apartment was well exposed to sun: this makes the morning shining and the day hot - but the air conditioned works well, if you need it.
At our arrival Leonida's uncle was waiting for us: he is in charge of the Villa, speaks a good italian, is a kind gentleman willing to help.
The Villa is quite close to the town, you can go there walking - at night, this could be an option, be prepared with your own camping lamp.
The apartment is small, tidy, well organized. It's cleaned on a daily base. The kitchen is equipped with all you could need.
I think the apartment is perfect for a couple with children. A group of adults will need to organize more, mostly because of the single bathroom: we were aware of it, we made it, and it was worth the money.
The island is a nice place, with a variety of beaches, warm cristal sea water, options for the nightlife (if you're looking for this).
Finally: Leonidas was a great host. We interchanged a lot via email, and he promptly answered each question I sent him, helping with all the details, from the ferry to the motorbike rentals.
