Light, airy, end-of-terrace Victorian cottage a short walk into the city centre and close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops, including Sainsbury's a 30 second walk away. On-street parking. Fully decorated throughout in 2017 with new carpets on stairs, landing and bedrooms in 2016. Table tennis table in back garden. Advert-free Spotify and High Definition Netflix in lounge.
Welcome to my lovely home, situated just off the Cowley Road, which is the main road through East Oxford.
The house has two available bedrooms, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and garden. It’s fully equipped with all mod cons and full of books and art for you to enjoy.
The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom a single bed with a mattress that pulls out from underneath it and in the sitting room there are two double sofa beds. All the bedlinen is luxurious white cotton. New carpet on the stairs, landing and bedrooms laid in June 2016.
Although there are beds to sleep eight, the house is small and there is only one bathroom, so please be sure that this meets with your needs before booking!
The sitting room has a PC with Premium Spotify (so no adverts) plugged into a music system. There's a 42” smart screen TV that links to the internet, including use of my High Definition Netflix account, as well as terrestrial TV.
The garden consists of a large patio area with a really good table tennis table plus four bats and balls. There are six chairs and three tables.
On-street parking outside the house.
You have full access to the house and garden with the exception of the attic and the shed.

I'm available by phone or email throughout your stay. I live 6 minutes away, so if you need me in person it's easy.
Enjoy your stay and please look after the house as your own. Dogs welcome, but not upstairs please.
I'm a 57 year- old father of three grown up children. I work as a business transformation consultant helping large organisations navigate their way through complex change programmes.
The love of my life is Juliet, who I now live with, freeing up my house for AirBnB. We got engaged on Mayday 2016, which was wonderful.
My other great love is music. I write songs and play them with my band Chasing Daylight. If you look for Chasing Daylight Oxford online you'll find us. We play around the city so maybe you'll catch us when you come and stay.
I love meeting people and welcoming them to my home and to Oxford, which is a great city - so rich and diverse. And I look forward to meeting you.
With best wishes,
