Beautiful, bright & airy centrally located apartment which is equipped with all you should require, all the mod cons including air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, dishwasher etc...very close to beach, shops, playparks, train station, bus stop etc, great location.
This beautiful holiday apartment is located 200 metres from the beach and just a few minutes walk from the best restaurant and shopping streets in Juan Les Pins. Having been completely renovated in 2013, it features a fully equipped modern kitchen in addition to all new furnishings and a flat-screen TV and DVD player with an enormous digital video library. Located on the top floor of a quaint 3-storey 1930's building, (no elevator, so please bear this in mind if you are elderly, or have a problem with stairs) the apartment's very high ceilings and southern exposure provide for a bright and airy feeling throughout the unit. All fresh clean bed linen & towels are provided, beach towels too! We have recently installed air conditioning, and there are ceiling fans in every room.
The apartment's design includes an open-concept floor plan with a 5-person dining area which is adjacent to a comfortable and spacious lounge. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need during your stay including a dishwasher , washing machine/tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster , blender, toasted sandwich maker, and all the required crockery. There are 2 bedrooms facing south; a double bed with TV in one room and a single bunk over full bed in the other.

The apartment is situated quite near the railway tracks. Normally this isn't a problem, but if you are a light sleeper please take this into account! Check in after 8pm is possible, but will be charged 50€, payable upon arrival.
CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 3 P.M. CST AND CHECKOUT is 10 A.M. CST.
No Early Check-in or late checkout without previous approval from owner.
This is a NON SMOKING property.
Your security deposit is fully refundable, provided the following provisions are met.
•No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear,
•No theft of the contents of the apartment
•No charges are incurred due to illegal activity, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
•All debris and rubbish are placed in rubbish bin, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
•The unit is left locked, and keys left in the letterbox (unless owner is there for checkout)
•All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
•No linens are lost or damaged.
•NO early arrival or late departure without previous approval from owner.
•The renter is not evicted by the owner or the local law enforcement.
Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
Any lost sets of keys will be billed 50€ per set + 50€ per badge/remote.
Rubbish bags are to be placed downstairs in the provided containers.
The unit is furnished and includes appliances. These items must be treated respectfully. Additionally, the following rules must be strictly obeyed:
•No smoking inside
•No subletting without landlord's approval
•No extreme noise after 10pm
