I make it a point to meet and greet my guests, assist them with check-in and give them a tour of the studio and building. If I am out, I'll make sure someone else is there to help you check in. I'll give you my contact numbers in case of any concerns or requests.

The condominium administration require all guests to fill up a registration form and submit a copy of any Valid Government Issued IDs (i.e. Passport and Driver's license). For a faster check in, you may scan and submit a copy of your government ID via email. If you do not wish to send through email, please be ready to present an ID upon check in.
On the day of check in, you will also be requested to sign a short-term/daily lease agreement. A 2x2 picture is highly appreciated to be attached to the information sheet. If not, please allow me to take your picture which I shall print and attached to the information sheet.
These forms and requirements are essential so you will have easy access to the condo, swimming pool and other amenities.
1.CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is at 2pm, check out is at 12noon. I may be able to guarantee your early arrival & late departure upon booking, depending on availability.
2.There is no provision of leaving the room keys at the lobby desk. Please be careful not to lose the room key. A LOST KEY WILL BE CHARGED FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (Php4000.xx) FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE WHOLE LOCK.
3.There is no provision for leaving bags at the lobby reception.
4.No parties inside the unit. A tenant may entertain a total of 4 guests for lunch or dinner get-togethers. The tenant shall be responsible for his/her visitors’ actions. Any damage in the unit or appliances and furniture within will be the sole responsibility of the tenant. Visitors are subject to Rules and Regulations of the Condominium with regards to non-tenants and guests.
5.Only registered tenants are allowed to use the amenities such as the pool. The condominium charges a minimal fee for outsiders and visitors.
6.Keep noise levels down and be respectful of our fellow neighbors. Karaoke is not allowed.
7.No smoking inside the unit. Smoking is allowed at designated areas.
8.Be advised that the unit may not be suitable for children below 12 years old.
9.Kindly report non-working appliances, busted lights, problematic sewerage or electrical concerns so I can have them repaired the soonest possible time.
10.Please be respectful and mindful of the space. Do not disarrange/break the furniture. Charges will be imposed accordingly.
11.Minimize cooking/heating of strongly aromatic foods, as odors are hard to remove in between stays.
12.Please dispose your garbage properly prior check-out. Garbage chutes are located in the basement.
13.Dispose used tissue paper and sanitary napkins in the washroom garbage bin. Do not throw these in the toilet bowl to prevent clogging.
14.CONSERVE WATER AND ENERGY. Please switch off electrical appliances when not in use. Do not leave electrical appliances unattended.

By profession, I am a theatre sound designer and theatre educator. I have a considerable passion for the arts like painting, music, literature and architecture. I practice Reiki and do a bit of Yoga.
