Правила дома

This is a condo unit and QUIET hours must be observed between 10pm and 7 am. Rowdy party people will not be tolerated and any noise violations/fines will be taken from damage deposit. If this describes you and your guests, then we are not the hosts for you.

Rental Policies & Terms of Agreement

Please be advised:
It is our policy not to rent to groups under the age of 25. (proof of ID may be requested prior to check in). NO parties, stag/stagettes or party events allowed. We reserve the right to decline any request for any reason.


MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is six (6) persons. No exceptions. No overnight camping, or tenting is permitted on the property. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.


PARKING is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only, one underground stall and one above ground.

DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT – The owner reserves the right to request up to a $1000 damage/reservation deposit. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; but, it is fully refundable within 48 hours of departure, if the following provisions are met:
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to fines or violations by strata.

c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in garbage, and soiled dishes are washed and floors swept.
d. The doors are all to be locked when leaving the property at all times.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f. No linens or towels are lost or damaged. Missing towels are subject to a $25 charge each and stained linens are subject to a $55 charge each.

This is a NON SMOKING unit. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property. No exception. A $500 fee will be charged for infractions.

PETS are not permitted in the condo.

SHOES off in the house – Slippers and barefoot are permitted in the house. No exception. A $150 fee will be charged for extra floor cleaning if not respected.

NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – Linens and bath towels are included in the rental rate. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however it is available for an additional cost. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Please leave everything as you find it and keep our space tidy.

WASHER & DRYER – Do not overload the washer and the dryer lint trap must be emptied with each use to prevent fire hazard.

AIR CONDITIONING units are only to be left on while you are at the property. If left on when absent, the landlord reserves the right to enter the premises to turn it off due to fire hazard.

DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper down the toilets or dump chemicals down the drain. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretence will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

NOISE- After 10 pm, please keep things quiet so not to disturb the neighbours and the people living in the complex (owners or tenants) inside AND outside the unit.

WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be pre-approved and in writing.

CHECK-OUT POLICY - Checkout is at 10:00 am PST

DEPARTURE CHECKLIST - If you could do these simple tasks on your departure.
a. Remove all bedding and place them in the closet & leave towels in bathroom.
b. Place all dishes in dishwasher and start wash cycle.
c. Take all garbage and recycling and leave in appropriate bins outside.
d. Sweep main floor.
e. Ensure all windows are closed and doors are locked.

**This property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.**

**Drug use, violence, disturbances, and loud parties are not tolerated on the property. If problems arise related to drug use, violence, disturbances, or loud parties of any kind, tenants may be asked to vacate the premises immediately with no refund. Landlord reserves the right to instruct removal of tenants by city or police/RCMP authorities should this occur and tenants refuse to leave.**

Sanjay is an exceptional host. He responds immediately to any and all requests. We were very pleased with both the accommodations and our host.

Sanjays condo was beautiful!! The building was brand new and has an amazing view of the valley. The place was spotless when we arrived. It was quite nice that each room had its own bathroom and there was walking paths in the forest around the property...saw a deer from our balcony. It was a good 25 minute drive from downtown kelowna but id have to say that was the only downfall. Beds are a bit more on the firm side but i adapted. There was an abundance of space and storage in each room. Showers were clean. Linens smelled like fresh clean laundry. I would gladly stay here again. Sanjay was wonderful to deal with and other tenants in the building were friendly.
