This is a simple, clean and furnished apartment in the affluent part of the CBD. The river is just across the park, super convenient with free buses around the city.
It is a 3 bedroom with a King bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a Sofa Bed and a matress just in case. Can accommodate 7 ppl snugly.
The apartment is on the ground floor, on the west side of the building.
Full kitchen including fridge, microwave, oven, pots, pans, plates, bowls and utensils for your cooking.
Free unlimited Wifi is included and a medium LCD TV is available in the living room.
We provide iron and ironing board along with hair dryer in the apartment.
Each room has a fan to help you cool down in Perth's summer and heaters for winter.
It's not a luxurious accommodation, but will cater families looking for a place in the city.
Guess access is through keys to the front door. On the front door, there is a pin based padlock which contain the keys to the apartment. The pin will be given to you once the booking has been finalised.
If you need parking permit. Please let me know as the Ranger will wheel clamp all unauthorised parking.

I work fly in fly out, so I may not be in Perth most of the time. However we do have a caretaker living about 10 minutes away close enough to assist you with your requirements.

I am very sorry to tell you that the house rules are quite strict so it will be very helpful if you're aware of it. If any of house rules are broken, missing appliances and deliberate damages, the consequence is immediate loss of deposit.

I am a dreamer, in a world of a declining trend of full-time employment, as well as the need to reduce working hours as a method of controlling carbon emissions. I dream for a new household model in which people would have diverse sources of income, and would access goods and services through varied low-cost channels.
