No Parties: We are family and couples friendly, we do not accept bookings for parties, including hens or bucks nights.
Under 21: No booking or tenancy can be accepted for people of 21yrs and under, unless accompanied by a parent in the very same Apartment for the total duration of your stay.
Babies and Toddlers: As there are a lot of stairs in the apartments we do not recommend it is suitable for small children.
Please note you are in a residential area and regard must be paid to the quiet enjoyment of the other occupants in the building and in neighbouring properties. If a complaint is received, the property will be visited and a written warning of breach of conditions will be given; a second visit will result in eviction.
This property has a firm non smoking policy and no pets are allowed on the premises.
The person making the booking must stay in the property for the full duration of the stay and will be held responsible for the conduct of all guests.
Exceeding maximum guest numbers (SIX) will render the guest liable to cancellation of the booking and/or immediate eviction from the property.
The premises are to be left in a clean and tidy condition (Please ensure dishes, pots and pans etc are washed and put back into cupboards). Failure to do so will incur a charge for extra cleaning which will be deducted from your security deposit.
All damages, breakages or losses to the property, furniture and furnishings are to be reported to the agent and paid for by the guests immediately.
