Walk up 2 flights of steps (no elevator) and you will be amazed at the beautiful ocean view & great privacy! Sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep each night. Pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ area & pool bar, plus enjoy chaise lounges and chairs on the beach! Great central location!

You will be renting my privately owned studio condo on the top floor of the Molokai Building at the Islander on the Beach. This unit is 2 flights up and there are no elevators in any of the buildings. Once on top, you will enjoy birds eye views of the beautiful ocean and our unit offers great privacy! Sleep and Wake to the sounds and sights of the palm trees and ocean!

TAX ID# W37836622-01 Hawaii GET tax of 4.162% + TAT tax of 9.25% have been included in your nightly rate.

IMMEDIATELY upon arrival you would need to please obtain a parking permit from the front desk to display inside your vehicle at all times while parked on property. This will be your ONLY contact with the front desk since our unit is a private “rental by owner”. The front desk is contracted to attend to Aston guests only, so other than your parking permit you are NOT entitled to receive their services such as morning coffee in the lobby, use of the 2 DVD rental machines, daily maid service, pool towel exchange or use of the laundry facility. You also do NOT pay any resort fees either! MAHALO for your understanding! This Rental is advertised as having ONE (1) Queen Bed only! Use of the sofa sleeper and/or the sealed linen package will incur a $50 fee. There are 2 luggage carts available to transport your luggage. Please return them when done.

No refunds due to weather related issues or acts of God as these are out of owners control. Always recommended that guests purchase independent Travel Insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.


This is a No Smoking and No Pets Property and unit! Violators will be charged $200. Smoking is not allowed in Hawaii in enclosed public places or within 20 feet of their entrances.

Please do not feed the birds from the lanai or hang anything from the lanai railings!

Quiet Time is 10pm - 8am
Pool, Hot-Tub and BBQ area open from 9am – 10pm (no glass allowed in this area)
Pool Bar has various hours (cash only/no charging to your room)
The Lobby is for Relaxing or use of free WIFI
Picnic Tables, Palapa Huts, Lounge Chairs at the Pool and on the Beach

Rubbish - When your rubbish needs to be dumped and upon departure, please bag and take all rubbish to the large green dumpster found in the south parking lot behind the Trees Lounge.

Linens – Please leave a note for the cleaning crew regarding any stains.

DO NOT run A/C while Sliding Door is open, Mahalo!

Wind and Rain – Please close/lock the front door and sliding door when leaving the unit.

Pest and Insects – The studio is treated for pests and insects on a regular basis. Please help us keep pests and insects to a minimum. Do not leave food out on the counter or exposed in the trashcans especially opened cereal boxes and sugar/sugary foods – keep them in sealed bags. Keeping the dishes washed and the kitchen counter clean will help keep the bugs away. Mahalo!

Valuables – We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please use the In-Room safe provided and double check that the front door is locked when you are not home! Instructions are on the safe. You should not leave valuables in your rental car! They are safer inside the condo!

NO PARTIES & NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS – please keep guests to the agreed number.

PLUMBING SYSTEM – We ask the following: We do NOT have a garbage disposal so please do NOT put food items down the drain. PLEASE nothing in the toilets but human waste and toilet paper. PLEASE do not overload the toilet with toilet paper & do not put Kleenex or feminine products in the toilets. Please clean the sand from your feet before entering the condo to keep it from going down the drains.

Please Follow ALL DEPARTURE instructions to avoid extra cleaning fees:
1.PLEASE REMOVE ALL YOUR TRASH: Dispose of all open/unsealed/unusable food items from the refrigerator, counter tops and cabinets. Bag and take ALL rubbish (kitchen and bathroom) to the dumpster in the South Parking Lot behind the Trees Lounge.
2.Remove all used sheets and pillow cases and place with used towels on the bathroom floor. NO need to remove the mattress pad covers or bedspreads and matching shams as the cleaners will attend to those items.
3.Unplug the coffee pot, dispose of grinds and hand wash the carafe and all dirty dishes. Place in the dish drainer to dry.
4.Make sure ALL furniture is in its original position.
5.Make sure you leave both sets of keys on the TV Cabinet in the leaf. A $100 fee will be charged for any keys you lose, take with you or if you get locked out.
6.Turn off all lights, the A/C and the ceiling fan (pull chain).
7.Check that the sliding glass door and front door is closed and locked when you go.
8.If we find any damaged or missing items or if the unit requires excessive cleaning, you will be charged accordingly. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

Мы наслаждались пребыванием в апартаментах. Очень чисто и уютно. Отличное месторасположение, в 30 метрах от океана, рядом кафе, магазины. Завтрак на балконе с видом на потрясающий рассвет и сон под шум прибоя. Ребекка очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый хозяин. Абсолютно рекомендуем останавливаться здесь. Великолепно!

We had an amazing stay. Very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Easy drive to everywhere on the island. Rebecca made everything so easy. It was a perfect vacation.

If you are on the fence about renting this space, wonder no more! The value for the room and location is beyond compare. My wife and I felt so lucky to have found this for our one year anniversary. The best trip we have ever taken hands down. We will be back!

This place is perfect! You are central to everything on the island. Gorgeous sunsets are right outside your window. Shops and restaurants within walking distance, hikes and adventures are a short drive away. You can be as active or a lazy as relaxes as you want, especially with the pool and jacuzzi.

The views from this studio are simply incredible, you can watch the sunrise in the morning drink coffee from your balcony. The beach is literally outside of your door and it has all the amenities you need. My only issue with this place is that it had a musky smell to it and the bathroom sink was dirty.

We stayed here during the tail end of our honeymoon. It was a central location to the stores and restaurants in the downtown a short drive away but also had several bars, food options and an abc store (beer/alcohol/snacks/sunscreen, etc) a short walk away. Parking was easy and no additional charge. Sunrises were great every morning and you don't even have to get out of bed, just open the curtains! It's a solid value if you want to spend more time and money out and about shopping and filling up on local food rather than stay in a resort for 2-3xs the rate. We did the resorts too on the other islands but barely stayed on the resorts. I would definitely recommend!

This was this perfect place to start our Hawaiian honeymoon. The place is on the 3rd floor and faces the beach. We enjoyed the Kauai sunrise every morning from the lanai. We were able to easily visit the north and south shore of the island with the perfect location. If we are fortunate enough to visit Kauai again we will definitely try to stay her again. Honestly my only complaint is that the sheet kept pulling off the corner of the bed. Other than that it was paradise.

We love traveling to surfing destinations world-wide and both have a passion for the ocean, serenity and the Beautiful World God has created. We have been Maui, Oahu and Kauai residents for over 20 years and can't decide which location we like the best. Patrick is a Tile Setter and Rebecca manages the vacation rental properties.
