Our little home resides on a charming side street in the heart of the city. Just a few doors down you'll find sushi and a nice little cafe. And just beyond that you'll find many restaurants, bars, cafes, small grocers, and an outdoor beer-garden.
We have an outdoor staircase that leads to our second-floor apartment. Upon entry, you'll find our living room, which includes a sofa couch and television. A doorway separates our living room from our bedroom, but there is no actual door or hallway. Our bathroom is connected to our bedroom. Therefore, if you have guests staying in the sofa bed, they will have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Our kitchen also extends off of our bedroom. This might seem like an odd arrangement, but it is quite typical in San Francisco apartments. We also have a small back deck off our kitchen.
Although our home is relatively small, the tall ceilings and natural light make it feel more roomy and open.
You'll have access to the entire apartment and half of the back deck (which we share with our neighbors).
Общение с гостями
If you have any issues, just contact us. The people who live in the three other units in our building will most-likely say hello to you in passing. They are all friendly.
We expect our guests to treat our home like it is their own. This is where we live and we hope that you treat our belongings with respect.
We do not allow smoking on the property, including the back and front deck areas. You will need to stand fully in front of the building on the ground level.
Please also follow noise regulations in our city which require no disruptive noise after 10pm and until 8am. Also, we do not allow parties.
I'm originally from Portland, Oregon. I went to college in southern California (Claremont) and moved to San Francisco after graduating. I've been living in the area for the last thirteen years. I love San Francisco and feel fortunate to call it home. I am an elementary school teacher. I teach 2nd grade. My school is very diverse -- I have students from Cambodia, Mexico, Iraq, El Salvador, Brazil, and The Philippines. I love to spend my summers traveling and meeting people from around the world. I love seeing new places and delving into other cultures. When I'm at home, I enjoy running, hiking, reading, and cycling.
