You'll also enjoy the luxurious master ensuite beyond the walk through robe which is complemented by a free standing spa bath.

As you can imagine from a home of this quality the kitchen is filled with fine Stainless Steel appliances. From stone top benches, Double door fridge with water and ice, free standing oven and gas cooktop, builtin pantry, 2 draw dishwasher, coffee machine and all the utensils you'll need to cook up a storm, all whilst enjoying the water views and listing to music from the Bose Surround Sound system it would seem cooking is not a chore anymore!
Forget the computer games the kids will have plenty to do here. They can spend hours in the pool while mum and dad enjoy the HEATED OUTDOOR SPA (heated during winter only). Fishing from the 10 metre long jetting will be popular or why not bring your boat and tie up over night? The boat ramp is only minutes away!
The grassy backyard is huge for the kids to play in and best of all both the pool and waterways are fully fenced for their safety.
After the catch of the day why not fire up the 4 burner BBQ and enjoy outdoor dining under the shade sails on those hot balmy evenings.
Off street parking only is available for approximately 4 cars.

GUEST REQUIREMENTS – Please respect our neighbours!!!. They have our contact details and will phone us if there is any excessive or offensive noise particularly between the hours of 10pm and 8am. Reports of any parties, functions or anti-social behaviour at the property will be taken seriously by management and may result in termination of permission to occupy the property without notice or any refund. Charges will be deducted from your bond if any call from management is made to you regarding excessive noise. Our security company will also conduct random drive by inspections during your stay.
Please Note: This home is not a “party house” and any such activities are strictly prohibited.
KEYS – You must return all keys to GCHH as directed. Any lost keys will be replaced at a cost to the guest.
SWIMMING POOL - No swimming in the pool is permitted from 10pm to 7am. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when inside the pool safety fence, and noise kept to a minimum. Strictly No glass is permitted inside the pool area.
PARKING - Please ensure your vehicles are parked in the allocated parking spaces.
SECURITY - Please ensure that the property is left secure, with all lights and air-conditioning turned off whenever you are not present in the property, and that all doors and windows are closed when the air-conditioning is turned on.
RUBBISH – All rubbish should be placed inside the bin refuse next to the lift. Additional rubbish collection expenses may be charged to you should this not happen.
NO SMOKING is permitted in this house. If smoking in outside areas please ensure that all cigarette butts are disposed of in the rubbish and not left in the surrounding area ie gardens/lawns
CHECKING OUT - Please see the “On Your Departure” notice for departure requirements. This property should be left in a similar state to when you arrived.
DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES - Any breakages, property damage, or concerns with the property that isn’t already noted on the condition report must be reported to management immediately.
Should all of the above house rules and our terms and conditions be met, then your bond will be refunded to you within 7 days. We thank you for taking the time to read our house rules and appreciate your co-operation with these matters please refer to our Guest book for further information!
