David, Nash and our Italian greyhound Marco live in updated Parlor and Lower Level Duplex on Washington Street in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Boston, South End. It is within a four floor Federal Style red brick house, one of the oldest in the South End.
Apartment has two bedrooms, two bath and the patio. It has beautifully contemporary furnishing with high end. Updated kitchen opens to the expansive living and dinning space. It is very clean. The ceiling is 12 feet tall on the upper level and 9 feet tall on lower bedroom level. The whole apartment is centrally air conditioned and heated with gas forced air.
Available bedroom has his own bathroom, Queen size bed, linens, blankets, comforter, pillows, closet, chest drawers, Wi-Fi. The Bathroom has walk-in shower, toilet, vanity , clean towels, shampoo and shower gel.
Everything except master bedroom and bathroom.

Our place is good for business travelers, professional singles or couples. We are low key, and we expect that from our guest/s. No drugs or alcohol in our apartment. Fluent Italian, Serbian and English!
Not very child friendly, smoking outside only, guests are expected to clean up after themselves, lock all doors when they leave, be respectful of the time they come and go and most importantly - treat our home as they would treat their own home.

I work in Non-Profit, I am easy going and friendly person, always open to meet interesting people. I spend every summer in Italy and I am fluent in Italian. My partner is originally from Serbia, moved 3 years ago the the States, his background is science but now works in finance.
We love to cook, love the weekend seasonal farmers market and the restaurants in our neighborhood. Love coffee and guests are welcome to enjoy our Nespresso or Keurig.
