This large family home boasts two separate living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs living are is equipped with a brand new smart TV with Netflix and YouTube built in. The kids can watch TV and lounge upstairs. While they are out of your hair, relax and take in the beautiful surroundings of Sanctuary Cove from the open plain living area downstairs. With floor to ceiling glass bi-fold doors natural light floods the home while the Northern breeze off the water flows through.
This home features four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master suite with king size bed, TV, walk in wardrobe and massive ensuite with spa bath will be sure to impress. Open the doors to the private balcony and enjoy the water breeze and views. Two more bedrooms are located on this level, both with shared balcony access. The sizable bathroom upstairs boasts a spa bath, shower and separate toilet. The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level of the home with a connecting bathroom.

The fully functional kitchen is set to impress with its high quality stainless steel appliances and 4 seater breakfast bar. Wake up to the smell of fresh coffee with the Dolce Vista pod coffee machine. With all the needed tools to cook up a storm on the gas cooktop or in the Miele oven you can polish up on your Masterchef skills.
Light up the BBQ for alfresco dining and enjoy watching the sunset from the undercover outdoor 8 setting dining area. Grab a book and catch some rays on the sun lounges while the kids splash in the pool. The Balinese water feature in the centre of the house also adds that extra element of relaxation.
GUEST REQUIREMENTS – Please respect our neighbours!!!. They have our contact details and will phone us if there is any excessive or offensive noise particularly between the hours of 10pm and 8am. Reports of any parties, functions or anti-social behaviour at the property will be taken seriously by management and may result in termination of permission to occupy the property without notice or any refund. Charges will be deducted from your bond if any call from management is made to you regarding excessive noise. Our security company will also conduct random drive by inspections during your stay.
Please Note: This home is not a “party house” and any such activities are strictly prohibited.
KEYS – You must return all keys to GCHH as directed. Any lost keys will be replaced at a cost to the guest.
SWIMMING POOL - No swimming in the pool is permitted from 10pm to 7am. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when inside the pool safety fence, and noise kept to a minimum. Strictly No glass is permitted inside the pool area.
PARKING - Please ensure your vehicles are parked in the allocated parking spaces.
SECURITY - Please ensure that the property is left secure, with all lights and air-conditioning turned off whenever you are not present in the property, and that all doors and windows are closed when the air-conditioning is turned on.
RUBBISH – All rubbish should be placed inside the bin refuse next to the lift. Additional rubbish collection expenses may be charged to you should this not happen.
NO SMOKING is permitted in this house. If smoking in outside areas please ensure that all cigarette butts are disposed of in the rubbish and not left in the surrounding area ie gardens/lawns
CHECKING OUT - Please see the “On Your Departure” notice for departure requirements. This property should be left in a similar state to when you arrived.
DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES - Any breakages, property damage, or concerns with the property that isn’t already noted on the condition report must be reported to management immediately.
Should all of the above house rules and our terms and conditions be met, then your bond will be refunded to you within 7 days. We thank you for taking the time to read our house rules and appreciate your co-operation with these matters please refer to our Guest book for further information!
