Luxury bathroom with rain power shower. Externally the apartment boasts an enclosed outside south facing patio, decking with sitting area. Car parking space available. There is also a toddlers play ground within the apartment development of required for small children.
Guests have access to the entire apartment and outdoor space.

There is a range of information available to guests about Belfast and things to do and places to visit. The apartment is self catering and there are 4 medium supermarkets nearby these include M&S in Callander Street, Tesco at Royal Avenue, Iceland and Lidl at High street all of which are approximately a 10 min walk. In addition there is a tourist information centre at Donegal Square North beside the City hall.
The apartment is in a small safe cul de sac in a quiet neighbourhood. Respect for other residents is expected.
I am generally very flexible with guests but the following is important:
The apartment is not suitable for hen/stag or other party's.
No smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted on the outside patio;
No candles to be used in the apartment;
Please ensure heating is turned off at the remote control thermostat and lighting is turned off when out of the apartment;
Ensure all windows and doors are locked when not in the apartment;
The security alarm is only to be used by the owner when there are long periods the property is not in use,
Guests are asked not to adjust or tamper with the gas boiler or switches in the gas boiler Cuboard as this will lead to the heating system having to be reset and will prevent the heating/hot water coming on.
Guests need to leave the apartment in a clean condition;
