Ruka Rayen B&B Room Listings:
Ruka Rayen Bed & Breakfast is located at Kilometer Marker 22 on Highway 199 towards Argentina, just 15 minutes from downtown Pucon at the foot of Quetrupillán Volcano and between the rivers of Palguin (famous river for kayaking) and Trankura (famous river for rafting). Ruka Rayen B&B offers a tranquil nature retreat with close access to downtown cafes, restaurants and shops.
Ruka Rayen offers 4 private rooms. Two bedrooms have a private bath and two bedrooms share one large bath. There is a cabin on the property with a full bed, two bunk beds and a private kitchen and bathroom. The beautiful light-filled house was built lovingly by Peter, who can often be found in his woodshed or working on the land. The house offers a spacious and sunny kitchen where breakfast and coffee are served each morning. In high season, family style dinners and wine are also served to relax after a long day of exploring. Lunches and trail snacks can also be requested. Join us for a morning yoga class as you take in the surrounding mountains and tree-lined views. A clear, peaceful river flows just behind the house for morning coffee or an afternoon swim. There is also laundry on the property.
We’d love to help you plan your day. We are always around to help guide you and the house is always open for you to relax, read or have a glass of the delicious local wines.

Hi my name is Peter, I am Austrian but have been living in Chile for 15 years. I have worked as a tour guide in Chile, Argentina, Bolivia and Peru for many years and know these countries very well. I can give useful advice about places to visit and things to do and any other information you may need as a tourist. I have hosted guests form all over the world at my homestead 20km east of Pucon. I speak German, English and Spanish. I spent a lot of time travelling over various parts of the world, mostly by motorbike. Since having lived in Chile I have also become an experienced horse rider and spent a lot of time with horses. I enjoy hiking and mountaineering and often visit the two nearby national parks Villarrica and Huerquehue. I also lead tours to the local volcano Quetrupillan 2400m. These tours can be arranged from Ruka Rayen.
