The apartment was much nicer than I had expected, both myself and the other guest were surprised as perhaps the photos don't quite do it justice. The apartment is modern and spacious, offering two comfortable bedrooms and a large living room area, perfect for socialising in the evening. The kitchen is parallel to this area and is fully stocked with cooking utensils. Both the large and smaller balcony are great for looking out over the town. Jean Pierre was a perfect host. His communication with me before arrival and willingness to answer any and all questions helped us to get the best knowledge of the area. Upon arrival the apartment had been cleaned and prepared, and we were given a thorough tour to ensure we would be comfortable. Jean's advice on local sites and the best way to get to different areas was also invaluable. The location is great if you're looking for restaraunts and bars to fill your evenings. A bus stop which can take you to Valetta, beaches, bays and the Gozo ferry is also located within 10 minutes walk (there is also a taxi company nearby). Two small supermarkets are close by for those looking to pick up some snacks or food to cook in the evenings. The nearest beach is around 10 minutes walk away and is ideal for lounging during the day time if you don't want to travel far. Overall, the apartment was fantastic and Jean Pierre ensured we had everything needed to enjoy our break away. I would certainly recommend this to any small party's looking for a getaway!

It’s near st juliens which is a party place with young kids. Would preferred to stay in a classier area like valetta but depends what you are looking for

Nearby centers of St Julians and Sliema or Valletta are made up of several residential and commercial zones , there are upper class , lower class middle class , a mix of old and new , historic and modern areas alike to choose from.. It really depends on what appeals to your style or mood. .

This is very nice appartment in a quiet area and within a short walking distance to St. Julians downtown. It was clean. The view was great. The Pool was perfect. We will book it again.

The flat's location was pretty good, close to shops, pharmacy, restaurants and bars. It's at a really nice neighborhood. The apartment was well equipped and all together nice, but it was not exquisitely clean.

Jean Pierre's apartment is in a great location for shops and restaurants. Also close to public transport options. The apartment is clean and spacious and has a nice terrace and view. Jean Pierre is super helpful and was lovely to book with.

When we arrived at the appartment of Jean Pierre, we did not directly feel welcome, this was because of the many rules that Jean Pierre has, not only in the appartment but also at the swimming pool. After 1 day we already had several messages of him about things we did not do, because we where not at the appartment that day. This gave us a feeling of mistrust between Jean Pierre and us. At the end of the week, Jean Pierre checked the appartment and found a really little damage on the floor, wich no one would ever see, and he charged us 50,- of our deposit. The appartments location however, is really good. Shops and the centre are on a 10-15 minutes walking distance. The sleeping, showering and cooking facilities were also good, but I wouldn't recommend to rent this appartment if you are with 7 persons, because there are not enough good beds to sleep on for 7 persons.

I thank you for your feedback as i felt we talked / met / and communicated in a proper and friendly manner at all times and showed full co operation and trust . With regards to the damage caused - yes this was for the slight damage caused by your friends and may cost more than 50 EU to repair a floor plank. This was right at the entrance and clear that you were in the apartment the whole time - so you may have to clear that out with one of your friends . In relation to the feeling you may have had , was only to make you pay attention to taking good care of the apartment whilst there
