This beautiful house is tucked away and overlooking tall maples while still blocks away from the Commons and near to Cornell & IC. It's skylight matches the pitch of the roof and the interior has modern white walls mixed with warm wood floors.
This house is very appropriately sized for a two bedroom. Although small in footprint, it spans 3 stories as it sits on a slope. With skylights both in the basement and the second floor basement it captures tons of natural light! Making your mornings easy.
On the ground level there is a full stocked kitchen, bathroom with tub and toiletries, and living room with wide views onto the maple trees. Often you see deer making laps around these trees, especially in the morning! Upstairs is a very large open bedroom which includes a reading area before the bed. The skylight is pitched and runs the length of the entire house. Healthy wood floors run throughout the house.
The basement has a TV room, & office + laundry room with a separate entrance also to the backyard.
The sheets and towels, as expected will be fresh as this is something I find to be very important.
Note: I can accommodate up to 4-5 guests but please know that the second bed is an air mattress placed in the TV room & a pullout couch in the living room. The third bed can be a queen sized air mattress placed in the TV room downstairs. There is also a fourth bedroom technically with a twin sized bed.
Guest will have access to the entire house, including the backyard.
Please no smoking inside. Since the floors are hardwood, please take off your shoes in order to be courteous to the neighbor below.
This is completely upon the guests preference! I will be there when you need me to through text and e-mail and I am happy to give you any help necessary for recommendations.
