This is a residential apartment block so parties and not permitted. Please respect the neighbours and try to keep late night noise to a minimum. It's also requested that if you have any questions during your stay to contact the number in the house directory and not ask the residents for assistance.
Please respect the apartment and it's contents. Any damages occurring during your stay will be deducted form your bond as will misplaced/lost keys.(may incur change of lock fee and replacement keys)

I work in the travel industry and my passion is travel, meeting new people and discovering cultures.
Even though I've travelled extensively I'm happy to call this beautiful city of St Kilda home. With it's many cafes with great coffee, beaches and sporting events there's' always something to do.
Keeping fit is important to me and it's handy that the beach is so close to enjoy a run or go for a bike ride.
I generally spend the weekend catching up with friends at one of the many bars, cafes and restaurants in my area.
