Situated in via San Rocco in Reggio Emilia,a spacious apartment in the historic center, two minutes walking from Valli theater, Via Emilia and the University, large room with closet and private bathroom (but only one shared shower)

The apartment is large and spacious .
I offer a room with a double sofa bed which is , however, just like a real bed, the mattress in particular has the comfort of a real bed. A Iarge closet , a TV and a table will be available . Basic but functional.
The apartment is large , 4 bedrooms, one of which is used as a photographic room, my office and my personal bedroom. The fourth is intended for guests,of course.
The apartment has two bathrooms , however, only one has a shower . Obviously it will be available , but we may need to share it . The kitchen is large and fully available .
In addition to the bedroom and the bathroom , guests will be allowed to enter the kitchen , using it as a relax area or for cooking . You will have a part of the pantry and fridge as well as utensils and crockery and a washing machine for laundry.
The other rooms of the house are and will remain private .

Depending on work commitments , I will be available for my guests for any type of need, logistical or recreational . Planning in advance will make it easier , if you have special needs .

One handicap , the apartment is in limited traffic zone , the parking spaces are not reserved and require a permit fee . I can take care of this aspect on request.
Guests will not be allowed to bring people from the outside if not registered , except by prior arrangement.
Smoking is not permitted in any part of the house .
The apartment does not have a maintenance service , it is appreciated the cooperation and the cleanliness of the space after use and the commitment not to cause damage to objects .
All the rules of politeness and respect to the neighborhood are very appreciated.
