M/Y Linmar is a historic and fully-restored classic wooden motor yacht, with teak exterior and genuine mahogany interior. Eight (8) guests sleep comfortably in four (4) double-occupancy staterooms (3 queen bedrooms and 1 twin bunk room). Onboard are 2.5 bathrooms, a modern galley/kitchen, two dining areas, and a comfortable main salon.

Linmar is a historic luxury yacht offering single- and multi-day charters around Seattle and throughout the Puget Sound. While not otherwise engaged in private charter, Linmar functions dockside as an Airbnb.
Linmar suffered an unfortunate fire in 2005, leaving her a charred and blackened mess. She has since been gutted and rebuilt from stem to stern, complete with new systems, an updated layout, and modern touches throughout. She still holds the look and feel of an 80 year old classic, but with new construction that allows our guests to relax in comfort.
Guests will have access to all living spaces onboard our yacht. The crew quarters and engine room will remain off limits.

We will meet you onboard at the beginning of your stay to give you your key code, tour you through the vessel, and provide instructions for how to operate the necessary systems. We are available 24/7 if you have any questions or concerns during your stay.

Maximum overnight occupancy limit is eight (8) guests. At all other times, Linmar’s legal occupancy limit is twelve (12) guests.
Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Please be mindful of all posted placards.
No running on the boat or dock. Watch your step when boarding and disembarking; flat, rubber-soled shoes are recommended.
No swimming or jumping off the boat nor dock.
No smoking nor open flames on the boat nor dock.
Please do not attempt to operate the boat and stay out of crew-only areas.
Guests are not allowed atop the boat; this includes dining room cabin top and bridge top.
No littering overboard; please throw all trash and recycling in their respective bins.
Please do not flush paper towels, tissues, or feminine hygiene products down the toilets.
The sinks and showers drain directly into the lake; only water should be poured down these drains and dumping of oil or toxic substances is illegal!
Please be mindful of your electricity usage.
Please be mindful of your water usage (flushes, showers, etc.) and conserve when possible.
Notify Property Managers if the water tank runs out or the toilets stop working. Sewage holding tank pump outs are not available on weekends.
Quiet hours are 9:00pm to 8:00am. Please be respectful of our neighbors on the dock.
We will charge a noise complaint fee of $500 if the authorities are called to the property during your stay. This includes, but is not limited to, local police, building security, or dock master.
We (the Property Managers and Owners) reserve the right to withhold any or all of your damage deposit if the boat is damaged or items are broken, lost, or stolen.
If additional cleaning is required due to excessive garbage, leftover personal items, or general disregard of our check out procedures, we will charge additional cleaning fees in increments of $125.
We are not responsible for any damage caused to any person or property aboard the boat. You step aboard at your own risk.
Renter is responsible for insuring all rules are followed by all guests.
CHECK OUT PROCEDURES
Please leave used bath and beach towels in the bathtubs downstairs; no towels should be left on the wood floors.
Check the refrigerator and cupboards for any perishable items you may have brought aboard; please take them with you.
Please make sure all trash and recycling are in their respective bins.
If the heating system was used during your stay, please flip the switch to the OFF position.
Turn off all inside lights.
Close and lock all doors and windows.
